You are paying for the views. Although the front desk when checking in was nice, the customer service when calling from the room was atrocious. It felt like the guest services was outsourced. Very odd. We called because the curtains would randomly closed and we were looking forward to seeing the sunset. Unfortunately, the guest service agent said she didn't have a clue how to help us and to wait for someone to come. We eventually figured it out and no one came. Then we called because I wanted to cancel the cabanas and they acted like they couldn't hear my voice. It was all very odd. For the expenses ( I stayed in their skyline suite) and using their hotel for a birthday party, I felt that the overall experience was subpar.

I expected to have a good day at the rooftop pool but the experience was spoiled by the rude staff.
My friend and I booked day beds, showed our confirmation, but someone up front didn’t give us the wrist bands. We sat down on the beds and 5 minutes later Nicole comes up to us and says “you can’t sit here you can sit at the bar these are reserved!” We told her we booked day beds and showed her the confirmation but she wasn’t listening and just kept saying “no you can’t sit here” and kept pointed at the bar. She didn’t even pause for us to get a word in… her tone was rude and loud. Very unnecessary considering how close she was to us. It was like she wanted to embarrass us for whatever reason even though we told her these are our booked beds.
With the same attitude, she told us get up and go to the front and for the 3rd time we showed her the confirmation. To which she turned to the other hostess and said “oh why didn’t you give them a wristband!” with no apology to us. Again same rude tone. That pretty much set the tone for our time there.
We ordered food which never came considering the oven broke and the waitress kept telling us it’s coming but there’s a problem with the oven. They waited a full hour to tell us our food wasn’t available and didn’t even offer a solution or another option on the menu. Such trash service for the price paid. Won’t be returning.

I would rate my experience as 50/50. Some good points was that the people here were nice and the rooms definitely were comfortable and beautiful. Bad points, waited over 4 hours for room service to deliver a bucket of ice and absolutely NOTHING was complimentary in the room, not even a bottle of water! At one point I thought they’d charge us extra for using the towels. For a way better experience I suggest you try the Coda Hotel two blocks away. WAY BETTER service all round and the pleasant staff will make you feel more welcomed.

I did not stay in the hotel, only went to a music event on the rooftop. Great view (but it's NYC, there are lots of places with great views), however the sound system for the event was pretty terrible. It wasn't remotely loud enough, all I could hear was people talking. I spoke to staff about it, and their response was "if you care about audio quality, you shouldn't come to the Williamsburg". Pretty revealing!

I would not recommend this venue, and would not return.

The Williamsburg Hotel is conveniently located and exceptionally well designed. The rooms are not only beautiful, they are designed in a way that makes them incredibly functional. The staff are all incredibly friendly and competent, they were very helpful and I had an incredible stay! I loved it so much I now want to move to Williamsburg 🤣

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Williamsburg Hotel during a trip to New York City, and overall, my experience was delightful. This boutique hotel perfectly captures the trendy and vibrant atmosphere of Williamsburg, offering a unique blend of style, comfort, and exceptional service.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The hotel's modern industrial design, with its exposed brick walls and sleek furnishings, exudes a sense of urban chic. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, creating a visually striking environment throughout the property.

The room I stayed in was spacious and elegantly appointed, featuring contemporary amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the high-quality linens added an extra layer of comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the surrounding neighborhood, allowing me to soak in the vibrant energy of Williamsburg.

One of the standout features of the Williamsburg Hotel is its rooftop pool and bar. This rooftop oasis provided a serene escape from the bustling city below, allowing me to relax and unwind while sipping on a refreshing cocktail. The panoramic views of Manhattan were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. It's worth noting that the rooftop can get quite busy, so finding a lounge chair may require some patience.

The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. They were knowledgeable about the local area, offering excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. The level of service I received during my stay truly enhanced my overall experience.

However, one minor drawback was the noise level in some areas of the hotel. Given its prime location in the heart of Williamsburg, it's not surprising that there is occasional street noise. While my room was relatively quiet, I did notice some disturbance in the lobby and communal spaces. However, this did not significantly impact my stay.

The Williamsburg Hotel's location is another major selling point. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Exploring the local scene was a breeze, and I enjoyed immersing myself in the trendy and artistic atmosphere of the neighborhood.

In conclusion, the Williamsburg Hotel offers a stylish and inviting retreat in the heart of one of New York City's most vibrant neighborhoods. With its modern design, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff, it provides an excellent base for exploring Williamsburg. While some minor noise issues were present, they were outweighed by the hotel's overall charm and top-notch service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a chic and memorable stay in Brooklyn

I recently had the opportunity to stay here, while not boasting a luxurious five-star experience, provided a humble accommodation option. However, it's important to note a few drawbacks that potential guests should consider before booking their stay.

First and foremost, the guest rooms showed clear signs of wear and tear. The property seemed to lack regular maintenance and attention to detail, resulting in visible signs of aging.

Another major concern was the noise level within the hotel. If you're hoping for a peaceful morning and the chance to sleep in, you may want to adjust your expectations. The walls seemed paper-thin, allowing every sound from the hallway to permeate into the rooms. From early morning cleaning services to the chatter of other guests passing by, tranquility was hard to come by.

Regrettably, even the sound insulation between rooms left much to be desired. You may find yourself startled by unexpected noises from neighboring guests, such as the unfortunate experience of hearing your neighbor's bathroom activities in the early hours of the morning. This lack of soundproofing severely impacted the quality of sleep and overall comfort.

However, it's worth mentioning that the staff was friendly and accommodating during my stay. The customer service aspect was one redeeming factor in an otherwise mediocre experience.
