My partner was moving from Toronto to Vancouver and was selling her mid century modern beautiful dining room table with 4 chairs. Keith said we had an agreement at least 1 month before her move. Unfortunately Keith treated us very badly, not bothering to call when his plans changed. This happened on at least 4 other occasions..not bothering to inform us. When moving day came, still no word from Keith. His lack of response over and over again, cost us a lot of anxiety and in the end a great deal of money. We ended up having to move the table and chairs on the moving truck and it will be coming to Vancouver. Keith was never straight with us, right from the beginning. Moving across the country is challenging enough, and Keith showed absolutely no consideration and took no responsibility for his bad business dealings. Buyer beware!

I had some vintage teak furniture that I was looking to sell. I contacted VHB, and Keith got back to me very quickly. He explained the selling and restoration process to me, and after seeing some pictures, we agreed upon a price. Keith had some very unfortunate medical issues that delayed the process, but he kept me informed the whole way through. We just concluded our transaction today with no issues. Keith is very professional. I would recommend VHB and Keith to anyone interested in buying or selling vintage furniture. I would happily deal with VHB and Keith again in the future.

We have purchased several items over the past few years with Keith and his team. The service has always been top notch. Keith and his team are very knowledge. On the many occasions that we have visited the shop we have always felt comfortable to browse, try things out and ask any questions. We have visited other vintage MCM stores but always came back to Vintage Home Boutique.

Service was very good, we did not make a furniture purchase, bought 2 bottles of their teak oil to maintain our teak furniture, some pieces needed more than just oiling and on 2 separate occasions Keith spent at least 20 minutes each time answering our questions and guiding us on the proper techniques to complete the repair and care of our teak furniture. He was not only informative but very friendly in his reply, because of this I will continue to do business with them. Since then we purchased 2 bottles of the furniture oil and he explained the difference between applying the 2 oils.

These people give the best service anywhere! The coffee table I ordered was delivered faster than fast and was in absolutely perfect condition. And it's mid-century, so it's been around a while. The delivery man was polite and efficient and on time. The staff was courteous and helpful both online and on the phone.
I couldn't recommend them more highly. 6 stars out of 5.

I've been wanting a small MCM secretary desk for a long time and when the right one came up locally at Vintage Home Boutique, I knew I needed to snag it up quickly! This is my first purchase with VHB, but I've known them to a reputable seller of fine MCM furniture in the city. I was confident with the authenticity and condition of their products, and communication with Keith (the owner) was fantastic via Instagram. Keith was great in answering my questions beforehand and later set me up with a FaceTime appointment with one of his sales associate so that I can 'see' the desk virtually before making the purchase. The desk was delivered within a few days, so overall, the entire experience was wonderful and smooth-sailing! Thank you!
