Cool place to take the boat out from!
Beautiful view and very well maintained
Lots of great parking just water side and with frequented areas to eat on Campus edge
Busy little location with a few retailers. Lots of boats and a new development, Fritz Hedges Waterway Park was recently added. Drive slowly on Boat Street.....lots of ducks crossing the street.
