Cute place! It's really closed to Lake Louise and the visitor center! The view at the hotel is amazing and they have different activities during summer/winter seasons (they have mini golf during summer?! And live music?!). Swimming pool is at the main building but it's not a long walk from the other buildings. Plenty of food options at the hotel! Would recommend this Inn! They have free postcards that you can get and post office is nearby!

(Only 4 stars for service because we waited unusually long when we try to check out. There were two staff at the front desk and only one of them was helping a customer the other was there chatting with the customer about the weather/where to stop by when they drive to Jasper, not acknowledging that there's a line up forming (another customer was behind me at this point). I had to stepped forward and ask if I could check-out my room. She is on training though she might not be aware all of front desk procedures yet. And the checkout was easy she double checked my info and it was done. She was friendly and letting me know that I could grab a free postcard on my way out).

There are pluses and minuses to this accommodation.
The pluses first, were it's in a central location to the Lake Louise village. Great pool area (although having a restaurant overlooking it is a little bit different) and nice facilities for the whole complex.
The minuses, the rooms are a little dated and could be updated a little with not much effort or cost. The thing that left a sour taste the most though was the Inn retaining a credit card holding deposit for a month after we had checked out. After travelling all over Canada this was only accommodation that did such a thing. A nice little money earner for them holding onto everyone's deposits and getting interest off them.

We had a very good experience at Lake Louise inn, we had a lovely family time, The swimming pool was nice and clean, as was the hot tub. Inhouse restaurant serves good food. We loved the pizza , Buffet breakfast was my daughters fav.. she enjoyed the waffles here. Overall the service was good and i will surely come back. I always recommend this place to people. Thank you for the great hospitality. We will always cherish this holiday.
The time here will be fun for most, as it's a small touristy vibe place, whether you are here for skiing or not.
Let's get the first thing out of the way - beautiful facilities for the skiers and snowboarders.
The village is a circular designed bunch of shops, cafes, eateries, live music, swimming pool etc all around with good vibes.
When we went there was a cute enclosure for some farm animals, rabbits, ponies, goats etc.
The parking seemed to under construction and the other half was pretty packed.
The resort is all around, so for those staying here, the vibes will be good all around.
There were activities like easter egg hunting etc which made our time even more fun.
Someone told me the snow is artifical, which came as a surprise but it could be true !
Fun times.

My family of three stayed here for five nights. We selected the junior suite with kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and stove top. Full line of utensils, plates and cups. Coffee maker and kettle included. Bringing some food to prepare will make your budget go a long way. Restaurants here are very pricey.
The room itself is spacious with lots of shelves and storage. Beds are comfortable and clean. Room temp is easily controlled. Extra blankets and pillows included. Bathroom is average size, toilet is modern. Bathtub has wear and tear and water was a little tricky to control. Could not hear anyone above or under or beside us.
Overall good value for a longer stay.

During our annual spring break snowboarding trip to Lake Louise, we always choose to stay at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Its prime location just a 6-minute drive from the ski resort makes it incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts two excellent restaurants, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes, and the swimming pool with a hot tub is a relaxing way to unwind. What's more, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. The hotel managers are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay every time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Louise for winter sports or just a peaceful mountain getaway

For a truly enchanting winter escape, look no further than Blue Mountain Village. Nestled amidst stunning scenery, the village offers a charming atmosphere with a variety of shops and cafes to explore. Beyond the retail therapy, there's something for everyone, from exhilarating slopes for skiers and snowboarders to the thrilling Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster. And during Christmas time, the village transforms into a winter wonderland, making it an unforgettable destination.
"Blue Mountain is a winter wonderland that never fails to deliver an unforgettable experience. The picturesque slopes offer a perfect blend of excitement for skiers and snowboarders, while the charming village provides a cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. The variety of trails caters to all skill levels, and the stunning views from the top are simply breathtaking. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're seeking adventure on the slopes or a tranquil escape in the mountains, Blue Mountain is a must-visit destination that leaves you with lasting memories. Can't wait to return!"

Stayed at Lake Louise Inn for 5 nights with friends and I can really recommend this place!
Very clean, nice spacy rooms and everything you need after a long day skiing to relax. A lot of nice little extras like always fresh towels at the pool or evening program at the restaurant.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had some problems with our flights and they helped us rearranging everything!
Very nice place to relax and get away. Lots of nice updated tech and great sound system for music. Walking distance to the village. The only complaint I would have is that the furnace and the hot water tank is right next to the main bedroom and when it kicks on you definitely wake up a few times in the middle of the night. Not much you can do about that due to the design of the building. You can also hear your neighbours, the main balcony are connected and when they are having a fun time in the middle of the night or enjoying a few drinks, it’s quite loud when you’re trying to sleep.
Great ski rooms. On demand shuttle to anywhere in Blue Mointain. Love the fireplace for drying ski socks!

I visited Blue Mountain Village during the winter and it was a wonderful experience.

The village is nestled between the scenic Blue Mountains and the Georgian Bay, offering a variety of activities, shops, restaurants, and events. Even though I didn't do the skiing, I enjoyed walking around the cobblestoned pedestrian village, admiring the architecture and the festive decorations.

The village has a cozy and charming atmosphere, with friendly staff and locals. I also tried some of the local cuisine, which was delicious and satisfying.

I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Village to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Ontario.
I love this place and visit it regularly several times a year. There's always something for everyone here. In winter I love looking at Christmas lights. This year the whole village sparkled with colorful lights.
The only negative is the lack of parking. Although there are many parking places around, due to the large number of people there are not enough spaces.
It’s nice that almost all cafes and restaurants were open on weekends.
Very very beautiful here.
It's like a vacation destination.
Many shops and restaurants within the resort.
There is so many fun activities to engage in including giant trampoline for kids and Adults as well as the Gondola ride.
Visitors are able to safely park their cars within the huge parking lot available and can proceed to the visitor information centre nearby.
It's a very beautiful spot in fall and spring to take photos since the trees would bloom.
Stayed during Christmas Weekend as part of a couples’ skiing trip. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you could imagine for a few days stay, as well as some nice details, like a switch-on fireplace and a very well equipped bathroom and they come with pool/sauna access. The two big critiques of the room we chose were that it didn’t have a stove top and, more surprisingly the tv did not have streaming options, which is very inconvenient in today’s environment, especially at this price point. A smaller inconvenience was that the door would only stay shut if bolted, which was not a major issue, but it made room service very impractical.
The location is great in that it’s walking distance to the slopes; however, it is a bit of a walk, especially if you’re carrying a snowboard (they do have a shuttle service, but it takes just about as long as walking would to set up a pick up).

Nice rooms. Friendly staff but couldn't get breakfast as a routine fire inspection closed the kitchen. Think it could have been planned better.
Visited Blue Mountain Village during the Christmas season, and it was truly awesome! The festive decorations create a magical Christmas wonderland. Don't miss exploring the charming stores, and if you're into skiing, it's a perfect spot. Plenty of restaurants and bars for hanging out, and the free parking adds to the convenience. Access to the Christmas village is also free – a delightful experience for the holiday season!
My husband and I stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights in November. Perfect location, and easy parking. We had the privacy and quietness we wanted, while still close to the Blue Mountains Village. The room was complete - we had a good fireplace, balcony and kitchen facing the mountains, a nice bathtub and living room area... just a lovely place to spend the weekend. Staff was super friendly too. We would definitely come back.

Depending on where you are coming from, it's a far drive but it isn't too bad. Different times of the year they have different things. In November there isn't much to do as there are no big set of lights and no snow for skiing. But it's a nice places just to walk around and experience.
The rudest front desk staff we have ever encountered. Dirty room. Lots of other people’s hairs in the bathroom. Stained towels. Inside of coffee pot clearly hasn’t been cleaned at all. View of the parking lot. Would never stay here again even if it was the only place available.

Booked on-line, were somewhat wary when drove up! The exterior was nothing to write home about, but the interior (rooms and Restaurant/lounge were amazing!! Great rate and service!!

Love this hotel, the bed was so comfortable , very clean room with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) lots of lighting, fluffy pillows, (dresser, desk, and TV) plug ins for all your devices and well kept grounds outdoors. The staff is amazing! (Fast, friendly, reliable, courteous and if you need any assistance…just ask and they are more than happy to help!) there’s a lovely restaurant with a beautiful selection of the most delicious food accompanied with wonderful music, great barkeepers and so many smiles. This is the most comfortable place to stay and relax, and one of the best hotels I’ve been in. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality while away from home!!

Was told the food was good so I decided to try it out with my wife and kids! Fries were soggy from the wings and sauce being dumped over them and left to sit for too long. My wife was so distraught she told me the mailman was a better lover than me. Kids moved out just to avoid talking to me and they're 8 and 10! Can't in good faith recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay! My husband and I stayed three night in mid-July. Lovely beach nearby and close enough to take day trips to Port-au-Port Peninsula and lighthouse in Rose Blanche. Owners and staff go above and beyond to make your stay a positive experience.
Nos atendieron muy bien, para comunicarnos buscaron el personal que hablara español, todos muy amables

Very convenient as far as location goes, connected to the subway and supermarket and close to pretty much everything. The condo has lots of fire alarms though, I had one at 6:00 in the morning and 12:30 midnight, last for 10a of minutes each time. Premiere Suites itself is not too bad, but when we moved in lots of things that seem good are in fact borderline falling apart. We had to get them to come in and fix a bunch of stuff. Linens are clean and housekeeping, though not quite punctual, at least did a decent job.

Excellent food at the lock
Terrible! I could hear each and every noise in the room beside us. Every cough, grunt, I could even hear them brush their teeth. I’ve used hotels for years and I’ve never experienced this. I don’t typically write reviews but made an exception for this place.
Little bit old but not bad at all considering as a place to sleep only.
We have a very great time with our family and we enjoyed our time together in the resort... Very nice place to relax...
We are currently at our second stay of the last few months. This one is complimentary because of the last. So you can make some accurate assumptions based on that. It only had to do with the condition of the unrenovated side, make sure you ask when booking for the renovated side.

The staff are wonderful, it's just our suite was pretty bad the first time. The condition and cleanliness was not what you would expect for what they kept calling their nicest room (which I believe had more to do with the view and double balconies). The suite was an excellent size and a great view but was dated and dirty. Our little one (a crawler) could find a lot on that carpet. The big problem is that the suite is up a flight of stairs, so the regular cleaning items like a vacuum and mop would rarely make the journey I bet. Our kitchen floor was very sticky there was at least 3 long hairs stuck to one shower wall. Also there was a very gross looking stain on the side of fitted sheet which made me believe it wasn't washed. And there was more but those give you the idea of it not being properly cleaned.

When we mentioned it, they were amazing at doing everything we wanted, but they loose marks for not cleaning the suite well prior. Paying good money to be there we really shouldn't have to encounter that.

So in the new side (our now. Complimentary night stay) its like any hotel room, but with a 2 burner stove, microwave mini fridge which is nice. If we didn't know the unrenovated side existed the only complaint would be one elevator to service 6 floors, but really it isn't a big deal.

Like I said if you get the renovated side you will have a normal experience.
Absolute hassle free experience. Definitely i would suggest this place to anyone
Decent food.

Suite had great view, work out facility, and Guest Services was very responsive! The beds and linens were really comfy. I will be back:)
Great to be back at "the cottage" at Blue Mountain! First trip back since the pandemic (and the new ownership). Glad to see so little unchanged that makes this resort like a cottage. Sad to see the Games Room is no more or in limbo?

Wish there were 3 bedroom units as we had to rent a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom to have enough space for our family.

We had a ground floor 2 bedroom with hot tub & BBQ. Looks like a newer hot tub! Wish it had been installed in a different orientation as there are stairs in/out but the are in the inaccessible corner. Made getting in/out for those who aren't as spry a challenge especially in the chilly evening fall air!

The pools/hot tubs were also open but none of the public pools/spas are wheelchair accessible. We have been to similar resorts in the United States and all public facilities had lifts or ramps in out. Don't expect them all here in Canada but the adult pool and one of the hot tubs would be nice (and one of the accessible hot tub units perhaps?).

Also, this is a corporate wide issue - booking a wheelchair accessible unit (ie. ground floor) shouldn't require a full week booking to get choice dates. We have to book a full week as early as possible to get these rooms even when we only want to go for 3 days otherwise we are 99% out of luck for booking.

Lastly, I'm not sure what's changed but the gorgeous harvest tables are sticky/tacky? Have you changed the type of cleaners being used? Do they need to be stripped? Love the tables but just a note.
