Middle Eastern restaurant near the popular tourist area of Changkat. Cash, credit card or e-wallet payment options. Limited English but enough to handle necessary transactions.
Menu is traditional Middle Eastern. A variety of meat options. I had the lamb biryani and it was tasty but not remarkable. Two large chunks of very tender lamb. Meat fell off the bone. A large helping of biryani without a lot of flavor - a few raisins in the mix for color. Served with two sauces, the smaller of which was an incredibly good pico de gallo, oddly enough. I wasn't complaining!
Hummus is also fine but unremarkable. Pita was a little chewy served warm in wax paper but otherwise fine.
Their iced honey lemon tea was refreshing and only barely sweet - a nice alternative to soda. Plenty of other juice options as well as tea and coffee.
Nice indoor seating area with AC. Also outdoor porch area. They offer sisha service and I'm not sure if it's only for the outdoor area of they do indoors as well. If indoors, there was not an overbearing smell of smoke or anything else unpleasant. Decor gives off a late 70's-early/80's office American office vibe (not intentionally) but is not unpleasant. Staff is very friendly and service is quick.

Once my favorite place due to its quality service and friendly service team is now looking very bad. No one to greet and looks not maintained at all. I traveled 34km to enjoy the place with food and Shisha but looked so bad I left.
We tried Maghlouba lamb (34 RM) and Biryani lamb (33 RM), and the two dishes were virtually identical except Maghlouba had eggplants, cauliflower and yogurt as well; meat and rice was the same!
It was well cooked, and the presentation was acceptable.
Average food, average service, reasonable price, I guess.

We came in early for lunch and the manager seated us in the spot with the best air conditioning but didn't close the front doors? Weird but I felt fine.
The staff was very helpful and friendly helping us with everything we needed. The falafel was great as were the grape leaves. My wife's Lentil soup was also good.
My lamb seemed a little dry but very tasty especially with the red sauce. My wife didn't like her Caesar Salad that much because there was too much dressing. I didn't try it. I can't weigh in.
The place looks simple but nice and as I said before the staff was nice. Though checking out was weird. We had to wait for someone who never did anything the whole time we were there to come in from outside to close out our bill.
None of the other people who worked there could access the register for some reason. If you're going to micromanage then be where people can get to you faster.
Otherwise, I mostly enjoyed my food and the restaurant. Come here. :-)

PLEASE READ THIS HONEST REVIEW BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE! (If you don’t believe me please read at grabfood reviews from the customers, they’re mostly bad!)
Our experience was bad. We were fooled by the good reviews from google! We were the only customers who came & by that time it already felt off. The place looks poorly maintained, their air conditioners didn’t work well, it was so hot Malaysia’s weather doesn’t help & by the looks of it they did not bother to service their ac. The waiter tried to justify by saying “you came from outside that’s why it’s hot” yet until the end it was still hot despite their multiple air conditioners!
On to their food!!:
The food we ordered were very lacklustre and super disappointing! We ordered lambchop, lamb briyani, the lamb flatbread set & arabic tea in a pot.
The lamb chop was dry, thin and bony so less meat. There’s only few pieces cold chip. The gravy was cold. Salad salty and the whole portion is small for rm34 which was so not worth it & very unfulfilling! I could’ve spent it on a hearty meal!
The lamb briyani’s rice was okay but the lamb portion was very little (2 pieces??) for rm32! We’ve had bigger portion with cheaper price elsewhere. The curry sauce was very watery it tasted like chicken soup.
The lamb flatbread was bland n there’s few pieces of cold chips.
The worst is the tea (rm14) which i did not bother to drink because the teapot set was super dirty it puts me off!
Summary: NOT RECOMMENDED. WASTE OF MONEY. NOT DELICIOUS. UNHYGIENIC.

This is my ever first adventure into middle eastern cuisine. In short, I loved it. We ordered the largest mixed plate and with the other dishes, there was so much food to go around. The food was not oily and very well flavoured. My favorite was the small aubergine dish. Meats were well marinated, and the lamb was so succulent. The staff were friendly too and it didn't take long for the food to arrive. A little pricey but if the food is good....the $ doesn't matter as I gave my belly and taste buds a great time. 😊

Service was bad although we were the only customers. The order was taken incorrectly and 4 dishes came out gradually over a period of 45 minutes.
I believe most of the reviews are farm reviews. I'd suggest this place to be flagged by Google My Business.

Environment could be better.
Food portion is average.
Food is delicious.
Price is affordable, not too pricey.
Customer service is meh, they don't talk much, but attentive.
There is no crowd during lunch hour.
Colleagues enjoyed the relax time here.
