Hotel Erwin

A cool, hip hotel located directly on Venice Beach, right next to the skate park. I stayed here for a work trip, and there were free boozy drinks available each evening, it was delightful.

The rooms and views were both really nice and above expectations (all photos were taken from my room’s balcony).

I’ve stayed here twice both times the hotel is busy and so is the surrounding area. There’s a high energy electric vibe that can’t be denied. If you’re looking for a fun and vibrant stay in Venice the Erwin should be at the top of your list.

Upon arriving you'll be greeted by friendly people in a small lobby. The vibe is upbeat and kind of Vegas like. Many people are passing through to get on the elevator and head up to the roof bar/restaurant. This place is centrally located in a prime area to access everything by foot. The staff is really helpful.

I loved staying at Hotel Erwin. Rooms are cozy, staff very friendly, the rooftop bar has amazing views, and the bonus - the restaurant at ground floor has best possible food. The only downside is that in the evening, it can be a bit noisy outside, but I guess it’s normal since the hotel is on the beachfront.

This is one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When you check in, they give you complimentary hard seltzers. They valet your car, they offer tons of free amenities like free bikes to ride down the boulevard. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and friendly. The views from the rooftop bar were beautiful with the boardwalk right below. There were tons of great little places around it to eat and shop and also watch live music or dance so it’s a great location. The room was also very nice and modern. It was very clean and had nice amenities to the room itself. The balcony was a nice touch so we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room as well. They also let us keep our car there for no extra charge after we checked out so we could spend the day on the boardwalk and not have to worry about parking. Highly highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Venice area.

One of the best hotels locations wise. This hotel is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Nice location, rooms are great, nicely decorated modern. The staff is friendly and courteous
The hotel does have a restaurant on the first floor. They do give a welcome drink. The parking is valet only. You can walk to the beach and there is a nice skateboard park and lots of small places for food and shops.

Perfect experience! Staff was very friendly, rooftop was definitely a highlight, the balcony for the room was a MUST!

The team did very well as it was my fiance birthday and they had a note and a champagne bottle in the room was a great touch. The bikes provided was a great experience to go to Santa Monica (12 minutes bike ride). Definitely, something not to miss out on is the bikes.
