Bad agent
My complaint is odd. MONY did pay out my father's life insurance after he passed. MONY sent us four separate checks. When we called to find out why we had received four checks, the customer service agent either hung up on us or wouldn't shut up about selling us a Life Alert pendant. We decided to deposit the four checks and let them deal with it if they sent them to us in error. We tried.
Every turn was amazing. Plan to spend a whole day there
After my parents paid into this company for 40 years they dropped them for no reason,for being old.do not do business with mony
My life insurance policy has been a good investment
Our family had booked on 12/30/17 including 3 years of kid,
but they said that under 15 years of age not accept ,
and promised to refund right away ,
but as of 1/10/18 ,
they does not refund yet,
The worse is that they saying the refund is up to Corporate but not willing to inform the Corporate's contact phone number ,
did send a couple of time of fund request via e-mail , couldn't get any feedback yet.
