HORRIBLE RESTAURANT I do not recommend at all. I usually give good ratings but not for this one. I don't understand why this is so highly rated. The food was blah, service was HORRIBLE and we felt discriminated against.

Food - raclette set was ok. Nothing special, but you can get better from other restaurants. The mushroom soup I can't believe they charge so much for such a small bowl of watery soup. Onky the Alplermagronen (Swiss macaroni) was pretty good. They also gave us some pickles which we thought was part of what we ordered, but when the bill came they charged us for it. The sad part there is we didn't even want it!! Would have been ok if we ate it.

Service - We waited so long for every single thing, and noticed that non-Asian people got served faster compared to us and the other table beside us who was also Asian. Even our bill took forever as well. The server was also pretty rude and snatched the menu away from my hand while i was trying to take a picture still (very obvious as I had my phone pointed at the menu when she literally snatched it away). When she served the food we also felt how she did it was quite rude and patronizing. You are serving tourists who might be excited to try Swiss food for the first time but treating us like we are uncultured or uneducated.

Edit : Added to say I have NEVER posted about feeling discriminated against, ever.

Recommend the raclette if you cannot finish a fondue. Very crowded location during dinner time. Recommend making reservations or going a bit earlier. Very famous for their fondues, if you get a fondue, recommend getting the steamed potatoes with it.

Very nice Fonduo experience in Zurich. This place offers traditional fonduo taste which is served with a slices of bread. We order the cheese with ham and mushroom with added of grilled chicken. Quite busy at all time so better to do reservation before visitting. One thing that i dislike is the arrangement of table. Every seat is set too close together for the indoor area. Serving time is good even during full house time. Worth visit!!

We visited here for lunch to experience fondue on our trip to Zürich. Very busy place, fortunately we were able to get table without much wait. We also ordered, pasta, curry rice etc. fondue and all other dishes were delicious. Service was great. Really enjoyed dining experience here.

If you want to try authentic fondue in the middle of the old town, this is the place to go. It's in the middle of a touristy location but the price is not bad. We ordered half-half fondue with bread and potato. It was my first fondue experience and it was the best cheese dish I ever had!

Swiss Chuchi Restaurant is a true gem, delivering an authentic taste of Switzerland in a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

The menu at Swiss Chuchi is a delightful journey through Swiss cuisine. The fondue was heavenly, with perfectly melted cheese and accompanied by fresh bread and veggies for dipping. Every bite was a taste of Swiss perfection.

The staff at Swiss Chuchi were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. Their passion for Swiss cuisine was evident, and their recommendations were spot-on.

The restaurant's rustic decor adds to the charm, making it an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends. The attention to detail and quality ingredients shine through in every dish, from the raclette to the Swiss sausages and Rösti.

To top it off, the desserts were a sweet indulgence.

We were actually a little underwhelmed, it didn't quite live up to our expectations from a Hotel Adler restaurant. We shared a cheese fondue and sides, it was good but really nothing extraordinary and we had better ones in Zurich. Not really worth the money as it was rather pricey in comparison. Cute restaurant and good service though!
