Hotel Old Town

I was looking for a place to sleep in Zurich because my Airbnb failed grossly. I came across this hotel and they were super friendly and resolutive (the young lady at the reception spoke great Spanish btw). They offered me a room for a great value for what I got. The breakfast was included and it was good. I am very grateful to this hotel and will stay here again in my future visit to Zurich.

Visited the restaurant. Pretty expensive 🫰 ££ .Steaks are of different variety but Beef 🍖 steak are of much attraction.

Very nice hotel with excellent restaurant . The staff were very friendly & co-operative. The location is next to the ferry port & convenient for catching a boat. There is a roof terrace (not visited, so not able to offer a comment.

The hotel is nice, but the restaurant steals the show! You will have their undivided attention the minute you walk in the door! They work as a team to make sure your every need is satisfied. It’s impressive to see six people run the restaurant with perfection. The food is delicious and a tasteful experience!

I got charged 90.- behind my back (found out about it on my credit card bill) and it turned out the hotel falsely accused me of stealing towels (!!).
Disastrous customer service, as the back office is not available for any queries (emails are not replied to and the phone only reaches the restaurant where no help is provided in any way).
Beware if you stay at that place and check your credit card bills after your stay!

I wish someone would have informed us that Old Town Zurich is the party area. We had NO sleep for our 3 day stay. Busy neighborhood all evening then Bars let out around midnight, people yelled and partied until 1 -3 AM then at 7 AM the bar keeps were taking deliveries and getting rid of their empty bottles. Nothing like a pallet of empty bottles being dragged over cobblestone streets. I booked this hotel for the A/C but they don't give you the controls because the temperature wasn't warm enough.. Asked for a fan but they said Don't have any just open the windows. That just made the party noise worse. Hotel was clean and nice but the area was way too noisy for us. Also would have enjoyed more than one pillow to sleep on. The check in is at the Steak Restaurant. The breakfast is OK

great location and easily accesible using tram within zurich. walking distance to a few attractions. the restaurant serve great hot stone steak. really enjoyed it
