For fresh air you have to visit this place and more com place to enjoy your self. Boating also here to enjoy the nature.
In this Place parking fee and Entry fee both are the same. Very high parking charges very bad on this. 50 rupee per adult entry. 2 parking wheeler 40 rupees. What nonsense this
Great place for an early morning or evening walk amidst nature, lake, birds and greenery.. All in the centre of Mysuru city. Be ready to spend 1-2 hrs just walking around.

Good place to spend time. Park is well maintained. You can see birds and some animals in this park.
Beautiful, well maintained place. We didn't have the chance to see the white peacock. But the rest were so beautiful. We could just relax with the nature in this place. Peaceful.
Came here for a morning walk .
This park is located behind the Mysore Zoo, ( infact there is a pathway close to the zoo, too )
The entry fee is Rs.10. it's a peaceful place for morning walkers .
We could hear some tiger or Lion grunts as it is close th the zoo.
Lots of different birds around the huge lake, which mainly filled by water hyacinth plants. Some birds are near in enclosures . The beautiful grey Sarus Crane ( from Siberia ) was the highlight for us.
Lots of Peacocks here and cranes .
There seemed to be boating here but not operational early in the morning at 6.00am.
Another interesting part to visit is the the watch tower overlooking the lake. Lovely view of the birds on the lake and in the surroundings .
