Don’t go here. We were the only cars in the parking lot, and we almost left. I wish we had. We walked in, and the server waived at us to sit at any table. But when she got off the phone, she told us we weren’t allowed to sit at the table we chose. We moved, and then we asked what came with the Kababs. Nothing. Everything sold separately with expensive prices that were handwritten on the menu - a big jump from the old prices. If you are going to increase prices, then get new menus. The server started out by telling us everything on the menu that they didn’t have. I asked about the tiki, and she said that would take 45 minutes! Also, they charge for water - WHO DOES THAT??? Rice and bread also cost extra. My simple meal with water only and rice and 1 piece of bread was $27! They also include gratuity for everyone, even though the service is terrible. Also, my butter chicken came with a huge blob of gross butter. I know it’s called butter chicken for a reason, but EWE.

Fantastic experience. The food is delicious, unique, and authentic, and the restaurant is family owned. I love places like this, and they are often hard to find. I write mostly to comment on past reviews. If you are complaining about a 15% mandatory tip for the waiters, you should not be going out to eat. I would actually consider this a favor as most restaurants would charge 18%, and i would argue that the new standard is 20%. The food leans to the spicy side, but that is part of the food culture. It is very hard for a restaurant to completely change cultural and family recipes that include chilis to accommodate the more sensitive palate, particularly when having to do so would be for one or two people an evening when the large majority of patrons are wanting the spice. Finally, the wait time for the food is a bit on the longer side, but that is a good thing. That means your food is being prepared as you order it instead of in advance. It is fresher and better tasting. I would happily wait extra time to know everything is prepared to order. Do not let the reviews deter you from giving this restaurant a shot if you are in the mood for Indian/Pakistani food.

We were to go to another restaurant for lunch that happened to be close. Therefore, looking for another place to eat and saw this place. I believe everything happens for a reason as we had some amazing food here. The paratha was amazing. Different from what we typically get from other restaurants. Every dish we ordered was truly amazing.

The service was good, but the food took about 30 to 45 minutes to arrive, but they gave us the heads up as we were ordering. It was truly worth the wait.

Halal food in San Antonia. Very good. Food is for spice lovers. Very hot. I enjoyed it. The place is clean and lovely. Spacious. The staff were helpful and well behaved. Only thing i didn’t like was the 15% gratuity fee added automatically in the bill. Food is not cheap. I would say it is on the expensive side. Bathroom is clean too.

Tried Bun Kabab, Beef Bihari, Paratha and Mango Lassi.
Bun Kabab was good
Beef Bihari was great
Paratha surprised me the most it was huge and tasty!
Mango Lassi was decent
The only thing I did not like was the raita it some how did not pair well with the BBQ. I asked the server for another type of chutney but was refused as they only serve it in Paratha roll and Bun Kabab( I did like the tamarind chutney in Bun Kabab would have been nice if it was provided with Bihari Kabab as well)!
Overall decent experience in terms of service and quality of food and wait time!

Highly recommended indo-pak restaurant.

They have mainly kebab items and they are too good.

We tried tawa kebab, chapli kebab(beef), naan, paratha and kheer.
We loved the kebab most. One kebab dish can be shared by two people.
Naan and paratha were average.
Don’t recommend the kheer.

A young desi girl took our order and she was very friendly.

I’ll go there again.
