Although the line and wait is long, items are decent. Better than most places. There was a volunteer (lady) complaining she had to be there on a Saturday. She kept talking about it. They also donate dog/cat food.

These are some special people of God! Of course, spiritual growth but they also have a giving spirit. They give out food to families in need. So, I thank God for them!

St. Francis is a church looking to grow and incredibly active in its community. The services are liturgical and sacramental. The music is dynamic in range and the people are friendly.

I moved to SA for work and to be closer to my Adult children. I am a “cradle Episcopalian”. Also attended Episcopal school. So I’m pretty knowledgeable in protocol. I never felt welcome here. I agree with the comments on clique behaviors experienced and the indifference of the clergy. I’ve tried on 4 different occasions and experienced the same thing. I found a home at St. Andrews.

Wonderful l congregation very welcoming. loved all the activity's for the youth that were offered. One thing that I love about this church is that they give so much including Food bank, Food pantry, refugee clinic and dental clinic without expecting anything in return. The priest is a very humourus and easy to get to know person great personality. This is a loving church for anybody, anywere, any age, and LGBTQ because at st.francis were a familly we all love each other. Come and join our familly.

Also agree this place is highly hypocritical. Was planning to marry here but the day before I'm told because I'm divorced, I needed counseling as to why my marriage failed. Why didn't they tell me this at the time, I was never dishonest about it? So female priests, gay priests are cool. Divorced? Yeah the diocese is going to open old wounds and force counseling on a 10 year old divorce.

Edit: Divorce papers were NOT the only thing asked for because I have them. I was told specifically I needed counseling. I wanted to get married to a man I've known since high school and have been in a serious committed relationship with for over 6 years.
