I placed my order on August 14 and today is August 29. I didn't receive the order. I tried calling 10 times on the number provided but no one picks or call back. I also tried reaching these people via email and live chat on their website and no answer to those as well.
Looks like I lost my money. Beware every one.....

They delivered me at wrong time and at wrong date and kept outside at late night. I clearly mentioned in my order to be delivered before 6pm. They did not notify me regarding this. All vegetables and fruits, coconut we spoiled. Not able to use any thing contacted them in email for several times and called them frequently but no one responded. Very worst service. No proper customer support.

Usually I am always happy with this store. You may get nearly everything you need for your south Asian kitchen but this time I am not satisfied with my recent order . No reply for the calls or email so you have no clue how to contact them for any issues with your order . Also I asked for updated order bill as few items were not available. They sent me same again. It is not professional .

Horrible customer service. What ever is written on their website that they accepts the return and exchanges, don't go by that. I ordered an item and they didn't have it. They sent me another item instead of that. It's been 10 days since I've emailed them twice, called them twice to inquire when can they take the return, to no response. The girl on the phone speaks as if she has no clue and won't even write down your order number. And now she's stopped taking my calls.

Terrible website and extremely poor customer service. They do not update out of stock products. Once the online order goes through and you have paid for the items, they will call you to let you know that they have substituted the cheaper out of stock products with more expensive or smaller quantity replacements. If the item does not have a substitute, they will provide a refund. Once you receive the order, you realize that there are more items missing in the order than what you have been refunded for and good luck trying to chase them for the money. They do not respond to any calls or messages. I will not be a returning customer and would caution everybody about the abysmal service and appalling business practices. The frustration is not worth it

They do call to confirm if any item in your order is not available and can be replaced by a similar one. That indicates some sync issue between their fulfillment system and ordering website.
Their delivery system is also great and sends a tracking link an hour before it arrives.
