Poor service In this place they charged me twice by mistake $50, $50 dollars on a Sunday arguing that I had not paid and the worker is of Spanish descent of the Caribbean language, never use this place again, they will steal your money

They charge more that you can see on the price list.. and for 20 minutes after 7pm another overnight surplus. And cash without receipt both times. Even if you have a small size suv they charge like a Chevy Tahoe… 6 hours total $80

I had a very good experience here overall time wise & price wise no complaints!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! After waiting for re-opening of the New York City theaters we finally went to see Hamilton. We chose this parking garage because it was near the restaurant we were to have dinner. When we pulled in they asked for $55 cash. We paid it went to the theater went to dinner came back at 7:45 PM to be told we owed $50 more. Apparently on the back of our car tag it was stamped after 7 PM nightly rates apply. When we checked in the attendant did not tell us anything like this. I don’t read the back of my tickets I’m not sure if anyone else does. What a shock.
A total of $105 to park your car here!!!!
Absolutely outrageous. Unfriendly staff members truly awful experience.
Now we know why this lot was empty and all the other lots around the theater district were packed. Clearly don’t give these people your business. Park on the street.
