It’s nice and chill here, people not just from overseas would come here, the food is fine and many many seagulls are around. Always happy to come.

How can you go wrong with such an iconic location? The view is amazing, sit on the upper deck if it is not too cold. At least to start with. We were fortunate to be there as the sun went down which gives stunning vistas. The city skyline, THE bridge and the Opera House.
The food is good, not too much of a wait, was a chilly evening and not too crowded.
We had the burger which was delicious, the meat was so juicy. Comes with plenty of chips so beware.
Also beware of the seagulls that will pinch food off your plate- so make use of the food covers they provide.
We also had the harissa eggplant which was delicious.
I forget the name of the red- it was OK with food.
The spiced rum was excellent. Sweeter rather than dry. Spice was mild and nicely balanced. No heat.
Staff are super friendly and even on a cold night there is an enthusiastic buzz.

Been to Opera a few times the atmosphere is just a place you can go to relax and take in the outstanding view of the Sydney harbour and the opera house. Good I have experienced at opera bar has always been great food. So if you haven’t tried Opera bar give it a go. Have a drink some food and soak up the view and hoping it’s good weather

Lovely Lunch at the Opera Bar on a glorious day with a glorious view. Had cold seafood platter and Sashimi. Very nice. Would have liked a creamy sauce for the prawns. A seagull swiped our Kingfish which the Opera Bar kindly replaced. $180 for 2 dishes and a bottle of wine.

Located beside the Sydney Opera House and hence the name. There is a paid parking lot inside the building but the parking rate is very very high.

The location is great. We went there around 6pm but it was very very crowded. We have to walk a few rounds to get the seats.

The waiters are good. Food is good. Great environment. You can see the Sydney Bridge and opera house from the bar.

It is a good place to chill and hangout with a beautiful view.

It was a great day when I was there. Gorgeous blue skies and a good temp. The bar sits right along the water below the Opera House with a good view of the Harbor Bridge. The staff is nice and friendly. The food was excellent we ordered the Feta Arancini and the Prawn roll. Both were fresh and so so tasty.
This is an excellent spot to enjoy the afternoon or evening with friends or by yourself. For a drink and bite. A perfect place to view some of Sydney's And Australia's Iconic landmarks.

Came here during Vivid on a weekday. There was a band & they're quite good.
It was so busy, you can't book but we're lucky to get a table.
The service is really slow but it was packed so I don't blame them.
The prices for drinks and food are to be expected on the pricey side but you can't beat the location and atmosphere.
Pizza was very salty, sweet potato fries was the best thing we had & we had seconds. Salt & pepper squid was bland.
