Ripples

This ice cream shop has been in my place expected to visit for couple years but I haven’t visited it until my last day in Montreal. Today I ordered a ice cream of pistachio and kulfi. I always love pistachio flavor and I haven’t tasted the kulfi because, which is kind of a herb spice. The flavor of kulfi is too strong and covered the flavor of pistachio. But kulfi itself is also fantastic. Bye Montreal!

Ice-cream was amazing 😭 I had Chai and choco 6 flavors. The Chai flavor was really good and authentic, although I don't usually have chocolate ice cream flavor I got to say this one was really good. Price was fair for a two flavor cup

I don't know how this ice cream shop never made it on my radar. So many top places recommended in Montreal are overpriced for really basic ice cream. We stumbled upon the store on our way to Mont Royal and I can't wait to go back and try more flavors now. I loved the kulfi and the chocolate raspberry ice cream. Both tasted exactly as I'd hoped, with the latter tasting just like the chocolate jelly ring Italian ices I used to get in NYC.

Only negative feedback was that my boyfriend wasn't huge on the vanilla ice cream, probably because it wasn't vanilla bean. But the other homemade flavors that you can't find elsewhere are worth it and the prices are reasonable for the quality and amount you get.

Great ice cream place! I had ‘Chocolate 6x’ cone and it was very flavorful for the chocolate lovers. I recommend it if you’re around and crave some ice cream on a hot day.

$5 for 2 flavours in a small cup. Sugar and waffle cones cost extra. Salted caramel ice cream was not outstanding. The Nutella was very good.

OMG!! They have amazing 6x chocolate flavour. Their salted caramel flavour is tasty too.

I stumbled upon Ripples as I was making my way to my car. I was curious about their famous chocolate ice cream I saw advertised in their window. Not only were the workers very friendly and quick but the owner was kind enough to not only give me a sample of one of their new ice creams Fenni Rose (which is so interesting) he also gave me a pair of sunglasses that he said were very me! I highly recommend Ripples and will think of them every time I wear my new shades😎
