Small abandoned lighthouse under massive disrepair. Victim of a fire 50+ years ago. Kind of interesting little spot and one of the few places to see some graffiti/street art in the Hamptons.

Depending on when you go you have to be careful because the Flies are worse than the mosquitoes.

Definitely worth the walk! You can’t go into it because it’s not really that safe, but the outside is very cool.

Beautiful place to visit with a nice surprise along the way. Definitely worth the walk. Bring comfortable shoes because it's not an easy hike over sand and stones.

One of the most beautiful parts of Long Island.

The lighthouse is located at the tip of a huge campground with all kinds of cool hiking trails. The walk to the lighthouse is mostly on sand but it’s worth it. They have waterfowl hunting blinds that operate Wednesday to Sunday till noon so hike it in the p.m. and bring your flak jacket 🧥 safety first 😎

Beware: swarming mosquitoes. I’m sure this place is lovely. However, when we visited in early September, we were attacked by swarms of biting mosquitoes. We all had applied insect repellent (not with DEET since we have young children) and it did nothing to deter them. Thinking the beach would be safe, we ran there and continued to be basically covered in mosquitoes. This sounds like a bunch of whining city people, but after 10-15 minutes I have probably 20 bites. So if you arrive and see mosquitoes on your windows, don’t get out of the car. You’ll thank me, believe me!
