Absolutely disgraceful service and a total waste of my time. TNB were a no-show for an appointment they requested. My time is just as valuable as yours. Will TNB reimburse me for time wasted?

I realised my 30year house's meter disconnected very frequently when slightly lighting since after changing of auto electrinicity meter recently months. I suspected it's more sensitive to lightning.
Additionally 2house fr me's neighbor has added rootop antenna pole. I'm suspected ths antenna also affected myhouse's meter cutoff when slight lighting as I hardly encounter lighting cutoff tnb meter before ths incident fr so long being staying here.

If you wish to close a deceased registered owner TNB account, this cannot be done in this TNB HQ. I was asked to go to TNB Brickfields Jalan Tun Sambanthan instead (carpark ramps with tight turning radius, parking RM4 per hour). Then I was asked to go to LHDN to stamp the Surat Akujanji dan Tanggung Rugi, pay RM10, before going back to TNB to submit the Application to Close Electricity Account. Run around exercise and inefficient procedures.
