I went there this morning to help my mother closed her tnb account. Went there by MRT.
Very convenient location next to MRT Sri Delima(located side by side next to each other).
The process from front desk and counter going on smoothly and efficiently. Im surprised that the process of closing tnb account are very fast.

Info counter ladies were very helpful. They helped to print out the latest bill without any printing charge and account closure was within 3 mins with front counter staff. Excellent service Tenaga. Keep it up!

This branch do not deserve one star at all. The staff here are incredibly rude and arrogant. Very unhelpful.

I understand customer service is a hard job but pls do not treat us customer like ur maid or kakak at home.

There’s this man name Sham, who treated my elderly mother so rude, I still remember he was in counter 15 on Monday, 20th February 2023. He didn’t want to listen my mom’s inquires and keep accusing we are the one who did wrong and uploaded the wrong document. But, the thing is we have called their customer service line and yr customer service mentioned that we can go any tnb branch to seek help if no action have been done. Yet, we came here to seek help but get scolded. I still remembered his line: “Korang yang salah pun, korang yang buat salah”.

My mom is computer literate and still get treated so poorly. What if someone who’s older and do not know how to use computer, is this the way you treat the public?

We are here to seek for help, not to get treated in balai police. Who the hell are you to questioned us if you are not willing to listen to our concerns.

We are not here to be your emotional trash can, pls be professional. Even a dog won’t treat normal people like that. You get paid but that doesn’t mean you can express your emotions publicly.

Another thing, ur tnb portal is a mess. Seems like ur staff here are so proud with ur portal, keep asking us to go back home and upload documents. But the thing is yr portal always error and take time to load.

Keep it up and be the WORST TNB branch ever👍

So dissapointing attitude & manners showed by staff named Tengku at the counter. I visited for the application of electricity for my house.
Questions asked to her:
1. Will they call us before entering my house for the fixation?
She replied sarcastically the meter is outside kan?
2. How many days approximately it takes for tnb to fix the electricity in the premise?
She replied rudely you can go to your house in 3 days to see if its fixed or not.
Is this your manners at the counter!?!

When customer asked you questions, even if that is the answer you're to provide, have a basic manners & attitude when you sit at the front desk.

Slightly difficult to get into the road to TNB kepong if one is from Kuala Lumpur because we have to do a U-turn. Can be quite difficult to locate given the contruction around this office. Parking for visitors is outside the building. The building have several machines to accept electronic payment and thete is also MBB ATM machine available also on the ground floor. Canteen is on the M floor.

Must have a free time to come here is usually wait even just take the number. No direction signboard to find department. Can't give a good solution / confirmation even after paid about tnb meter changed new. Staff just give answer case closed after make payment but " if any problem again tnb will send letter again" so that mean maybe will be the same happening even after paid & changed a NEW meter. People are No Protection from tnb
