Loved the crispy pork belly and char siu! Wonton was also quite good. Didn't really like the crispy noodle dish because we could taste the strong oil smell from the noodle.

One of my favorite spots in Amsterdam is in the heart of Chinatown. This restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. It's always crowded, but you won't wait long for a seat. The service is quick, and I can't say enough about the food. I've been here three times and would recommend it to any Chinese cuisine lover in Amsterdam. I'm only uploading two pictures because I can't resist digging into the delicious food when it arrives. But next time, I'll make sure to take more photos.

Went there twice in 4 days during our recent trip to Amsterdam. It is as authentic as you can get. Having raised in Malaysia and lived in Melbourne, Australia for more than 40 years, I know what good Asian food is. The roast duck, roast pork, char siew and soya sauce chicken are amazing. We love the fried hor fun there. We missed Chinese food after travelling Great Britain & Ireland and Nam Kee satisfied our cravings for good old no nonsense cheap and good food. Lovely staff who were very busy but still attentive. Please do yourself a favour and look no further. Give it a go.

Since I left Singapore I was longing for an authentic Chinese flavour again, and here it was hiding in Amsterdam. So glad we found this spot, the duck and the crispy pork were very very good, as well as the crispy noodles and the garlic sauce broccoli. Delicious!!!

The food was delivered my craving of asian food, except the hot and sour soup. Size was huge, taste like asian reataurant in asian countries, you know what i mean? 😁 at least this restaurant make me happier in Amsterdam.

The wonton fish ball soup was flavourful, the jasmine tea actually quite fragrant. Service was rapid and friendly. We enjoyed the crispy noodles and BBQ meat combo soup rice noodles too. However the dining hall was kind of dark and gloomy, from the street I was doubting whether it was actually open.

Visited twice during my trip in Amsterdam. Delicious food with authentic Cantonese taste, good pricing and friendly staff. They also served jasmine tea (香片) as complement, which was very nice.
