Very nice restaurants! Beautifully decorated. Nice menu (food and drinks). We received a wrong order but the waitress quickly fixed the issue. Loved the food and the red wine!
Distinctly below average food. Carbonara came cold with nearly raw pancetta (not guanciale). Crème brûlée was average at best. Almost like the chef had read half the recipes or ignored the rest. Service appalling. Two stars is generous.
We stumbled across what appeared to be a nice restaurant.
How wrong were we!
We were left waiting for at least 15 minutes before our drinks order was taken, so we decided to order both our food and drinks at the same time.
Our water arrived warm, so we asked for some ice which arrived almost melted.
An hour after ordering, the waitress came to our table to let us know that the main dish my partner ordered was no longer available, so he had to order something else. We were also still waiting for our starters. We wanted to ask her how long they would be, but she rushed away from the table before we could ask.
After a total waiting time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, even though the restaurant was not busy, I got up to ask the waitress where our starters were. She confidently said 5 minutes. After 15 more minutes, we were ready to pay for our drinks and leave the restaurant (we were putting our coats on) when our starters finally arrived.
My minestrone soup tasted burnt (which was evident from the overcooked black potatoes) and my partner's salmon tartare was completely tasteless, consisting of 3 small salmon cubes and 3 small pieces of avocado with no dressing.
At this point we were quite disappointed already and thought it couldn't get any worse. But it did.
Our main courses arrived. I ordered the chicken supreme with Mediterranean vegetables (i.e. 2 pieces of red pepper). The chicken was so dry and there was no dressing or sauce. And no accompaniments to either of our meals (my partner finally ordered the beef tagliata), except for a few leaves of rocket. The waitress saw I had hardly touched my meal and was surprised that I didn't like it, so I explained that it was extremely dry, to which she suggested I add oil to it!
When I went to the bar to ask for the bill, the waitress asked how we wanted to pay, to which I replied "I'm not sure yet", but a minute later she came to our table to ask the same question again before we even knew how much the bill was (to know if we had enough cash or had to pay by card).
When she finally came with the bill, she didn't leave the table and wanted us to settle up straight away, but we insisted on checking the bill in front of her. Thankfully we did check it because it wasn't our bill! This was the only time she apologised to us (for giving us the wrong bill), but not once did we receive an apology for the terrible food and awful service.

Do not eat here! The place looks kind of nice but the food is nothing Italian and totally overprized. The food was really poor quality. Everything was far too salty or just very plain. Even simple Spaghetti without any sauce for our son were too salty. How can you not even boil plain Spaghetti as an „Italian“ restaurant??? Not tasty at all and for the price you pay it is crazy to even step into this place. Do not spend your money here.
The first impression is charming! The staff is attentive, and the service is good: quickly brought the order, according to the description of the taste very precisely picked up the desired wine. There are no questions or complaints about the quality of the ordered dish and dessert, so thank you)))
Accidentally found this restaurant in the center of Prague. Very nice interior and atmosphere! The staff was friendly and helped us to choose dishes and choose wine to go with it. The special truffle menu is delicious!
