Breakfast is tasteful and everyone - staff- at the is Polite.
The construction noise is unbearable. Likewise, the elevators often turn out!
The hotel has two stars but never deserves four stars.
The hotel is past its prime, everything is worn out or moldy.
The service people try their best but cannot fix many problems.
The breakfast is modest and very monotonous. This is all about mass processing. In the two weeks stay there was no change. The hotel is just too expensive for what it offers.
I don't want to talk about the many animals in the room, as this is probably due to the climate.

Room is not clean and balcony door can't close and when I asked them to refund my money because I canceled immediately because it's not as it showed in the pictures, they said sorry machine didn't work but we will do that on Monday for sure after all they replied that it's non-refundable, bad way of dealing am not happy.
Dont! Don’t! I had the worst experience in this hotel, do not use it!! The rooms are very old the wifi doesn’t work. And they have one elevator for 16 levels.
I had to wait 20mins every time I use it.
When I spoke to the manager he was rude and he said you can leave but I won’t give you your money that I paid three days in advance.

It's near Republica so it's well located for the metro. Uber is quite excellent in SP. There are fewer good choices for food right around. There is a pretty good place called.casa do porco. Make sure to try the grilled pig with crackling skin.
Hotel was fine, Good services, cleaned rooms. It's located in old downtown of São Paulo so it's a bit dangerous to walk Alone Around the neighborhood at night.
