WING Restaurant

It was a perfect night. We had a really memorable experience at Wing on 02.09 for a friend’s birthday. Thank you so much William and Nathan for making us feel so pampered during the 3-hr course, your service was truly impeccable. This is a restaurant that ticks all the boxes and we were so lucky to get a table. A big thank you to the Wing’s reservation team for accommodating our last minute changes due to super typhoon. We will definitely come back again!

Super restaurant. Food, service and ambience was impeccable. Nathan our server was exceptional and patient with all our requests. My favourite dish was the smoked pigeon and raw mantis shrimp. Awesome experience, must go when in HK.

Prepare to be pampered for 3 hrs. Nathan is wonderful being chatty and pleasant thru out the night. Food is above average but heavy handed on salt. Pleasurable dining experience 👌

The ambiance and presentation of the restaurant are excellent, with the standout dish being the fish maw rice. It's important to note that some dishes may require deboning on your own depending on the ingredients of the day, and you should allocate at least three hours for the full dining experience.

Simply superb. Just had dinner here and was blown away. The food strikes a perfect balance between innovation and tradition, such as the roasted pidgeon with sugarcane glaze and the fish maw rice with morels. Even though there were more than 10 courses, the portion sizes were just nice as I left feeling full and well fed but not sick. service was also through the roof. They served a thick almond soup, and when the waitress saw me with my half drunk soup, she asked me why I was not a fan and I said that I did not like almond cream flavoured foods. Within the next 10 minutes she served a bowl of chicken soup of similar creamy consistency. While the chicken soup was wonderful, what really blew my mind was the thought that she put in to serve me a different soup. Also, the last course consisted of delicious fresh cut fruit and they offered to serve us extra if we wanted. We asked for more mangosteen and mango, and they served us anther portion that could only be described as generous. Overall, I had an fantastic experience dining at Wing and it is only apt that this is the top restaurant in Hong Kong. Side note, their toilet is sparkling clean and the interior design is beautiful - topped with Aesop soaps, mouth wash, lotion, q tips and floss sticks. I think they have a staff member to top up their rolled towels every time a guest leaves the toilet. You can tell from all the little things that they do, that Wing goes above and beyond just the gustatory to enhance your experience at their restaurant.

Visited a few months ago but had the most amazing time at late lunch hour. Expensive, but every course was unique and the wine pairing was fun. Top notch service. The additional soy crab was really nice too.

For the most part, outstandingly crafted Pan China dishes with some memorable appetizers (chef excelled at Sichuan flavors and of course steamed fish). That said at this price point one does not expect pure comfort food such as perfectly ordinary stir fried vegetables with a piece of bacon or mapo tofu in rice and the like. Pleasant if small dining environment with outstanding service.
