Mir and his team were great from start to finish, I highly recommend them. They reinforced the beams of my 100+ yr old brownstone, replaced and renewed the entire plumbing, drain, and sewer lines, and installed everything up to code in the bathrooms. They designed, supplied, and installed the beautiful kitchens for a competitive price, ultimately making both units feel like luxury apartments!

The professionals knows what he is doing with the job. Takes care of it from start to finish. Does quality work at a good price. We renovated a kitchen and the job was done within 3 days and everything looked like it was great before and after.
Helped solve a unique window situation in West Village extremely quickly and professionally! Fatmir and his team were wonderful to work with - very responsive and prompt. They helped cut panes out of a fixed window to fit a casement AC unit and separately patched a hole in a separate window perfectly with plexiglass. They were one of the few companies who were able to help in such a short lead time - came to inspect the job on the weekend and it was done a few days later. Mir is an absolute expert as his craft! Many contractors came to my home to do an assessment of my project and most didn’t have the skill or experience to do what I needed. Mir basically came in with tons of confidence he knew what needed to be done and didn’t waste any time. During the job certain not standard modifications needed to be made, we agreed to do it and the outcome was just amazing! If I can give 6 stars I would! Highly recommend this business!
I purchased a fixer upper home in Staten Island that needed a total rebuild as my first house from the basement to the roof and I requested quotes from many companies, I like I to think I know when I’m getting the run around from people who are trying to over quote me so when I ended up calling PGS they offered me a very reasonable quote and even helped me with The comprehensive planning it would take to get my house up and running as fast as possible, they helped me make major decision as to the layout of my new home and I’m very happy with the decision we made together, I had an appraiser come to the house after all the work was done and we had more than doubled the value of the property, I don’t typically write reviews but I felt PGS deserved it.
Mr. Mir from Professional General Services did an excellent job with remodeling my basement. I would recommend them to friends and family and anyone who wants professional work done.
We hired again The Professionals after we had a very good experience with them renovating our Beauty Salon in Affair De Lux in Greenwich. They made our Salon a luxury environment. By the way, We got an extra discount on our home renovation after we recommended them to our friends.
