Great place to park for a Saints football game the parking lot is very well lit for safety purposes

We have been parking here for the night with spot hero, we did everything like was instructed, but found ourselves in situation that it was not letting us out. Tried to call for assistance there was no one in the parking office, we have been stuck there for 30 minutes, late for our paid reservation. And when finally someone came, we have been yelled at, told that we messed it up, and he was purposely not letting us out for another 5 minutes, just because he can.Worst experience, lost money, and terrible service.

Astor Crowne plaza uses this garage for valet. We had our bike stolen while using Crowne plaza and Clarks garage. They don't mind taking $55 bucks a night for this lack of security. As vacationers we are basically forced to use this criminal service. Pay without service. And the NOPD is actually NO pd. This French quarters nothing but a drug haven. I ve been offered coke and pot from the homeless sleeping in front of the Crowne plaza hotel, where I'm staying. I'm off topic but I say no to clarks

10/10 no issues, was worried after reading negative reviews. Parked here for 2 nights/3 days for 50usd and it was definitely tight parking but better than 50 daily for valet at our hotel. Elevators do work and obviously don't park in spots with 'reserved' on them and you'll be fine.

I prepaid online and at the ticket booth when I was exiting it made me have to pay $80 again despite having already paid the full $60 online. Nobody answered on the multiple phone lines that they posted, and no one was at the ticketing Booth where they should have been during the hours they said they're open. I couldn't even leave a voicemail because it said the inbox was full. also the booth did not print a receipt when I finally decided to pay the $80 at that booth so I could leave. I will be reporting them shortly to the FTC if I do not get a response soon. It's honestly such a scam.

April 9th-11th my vehicle was parked at this garage. I stayed at the St. James Hotel and they use clarke garage as their valet parking. My keys to my other vehicle and 2 pair of ray-ban glasses were taken from my vehicle. I understand that leaving your vehicle at a place like this they aren't liable for any damage or theft. But the thing is my vehicle was not broken into. The people who had my keys stole my things. Between clarke and the hotel my things came up missing. I've tried calling but the number you have does not work.

Cheaper than the VIP parking at the hotel and most of the other garages in the area for overnight parking. Parking spots are a little tight so it can be hard to get bigger vehicles in the garage. I believe there is a parking attendant 24 hours a day. There is an elevator for use but it's a little hot. There are assigned parking spots for Tennant's that stay in the building.
