I have visited Trevi Fountain October 2023, they are in the maintenance so the water falls doesn’t work. But still beautiful in the architecture. If you’re wanting to visit and have beautiful photos recommend to check if they finished ❤️🇮🇹

One of the best place to see in Rome , lovely at all times of the day. I preferred it in the evening. Good place to refill water bottles at the taps. Loads of food options nearby, especially ice cream. But a very busy monument and small streets leading to it. But still a must see location.

Obviously worth the visit - the scale of the piece is breathtaking. Don't let anyone tell you it's overrated. Stays constantly busy from about 8am-2am, we enjoyed it most around 6am for photos.
Potable drinking fountain on the lower level to the right.
*Tip* Watch the live cam to get used to the crowds at different times of day throughout the year.

If you decide to go to the Trevi fountain, I would highly suggest going around 4 AM to 5 AM to beat the crowds if you want any good photos taken, if you’re not worried about a lot of people being in your photos, then you can go around 10 AM to 4 PM around 4 AM. They also have a crazy party there on the weekends which I heard is really fun, anywhere around there is going to charge a lot of money for exchange rates and also for any souvenirs I suggest walking about 2 km away before you get some thing for a reasonable price. if you have to use the restroom, a lot of the hotels in the area will let you use the restroom for free but you should tip them maybe one euro or two euros

Trevi Fountain is enchanting! The grandeur of this Baroque masterpiece is awe-inspiring. Tossing a coin ensures your return to Rome, making it a timeless tradition. Illuminated at night, it's truly magical. Surrounded by lively atmosphere, it's a must-see landmark. A dreamy experience for every visitor!

One of the most famous monuments in Rome was a little disappointing for us. The fountain is without a doubt beautiful, the work of art is truly amazing, but it is a bit unluckily placed - it's surrounded on all sides by large buildings, so there is quite a small space around the fountain for the large number of people who want to take pictures with the fountain. It was also surprising to discover that the fountain is fenced on all sides.
