Hi been using Cloud Dolphin to support our DR and backup solutions for 2 years. Found them helpful, throughout this time , and have no hesitation in recommending them.
It's all well & good having a service which works well (which is what we have from Dolphin).
But the proof comes when there's a problem, how easy to contact, how quick to respond; and finally did it all work as required.
Well I am pleased to say we have happy ticks to all those.

Top company to deal with , Customer support is second to none , my company have used Cloud Dolphin for over 18 months and have had no issues what so ever, the products and service they provide are excellent .

There is one over riding reason for this, apart from the fact that there software works very well, and is straight forward to get to know, apart from that the pricing is very keen. The one issue I had with my previous provider is support. The support for Cloud Dolphin is far and away 5 Star. This is the reason Kingstar Services will be using Cloud Dolphin to support and protect our clients data.
