I was eating popcorn and respected manager of this store shouted at my in front of almost 20 people i guess, dear owner please teach her some work etiquettes please , stupidest lady seems like frustrated working for long hours , i have all the conversation recorded on my phone definitely reaching to customer service

Avoid this store for any purchase, they are not selling genuine gap products it happened with me twice
When second time my shirt shrinked after first wash they refused to exchange
They are making fool to public. Manager was very rude with words and behaviours. Save your money don’t buy duplicate products.

I visited gap today and noticed a employee working extra hard and even tho I figured he was stressed he still helped me with finding out if they had more sizes , the guy working their at the baby section thank you

Good selection, on sizes and prices are amazing… just need to be mindful , as sometimes there are discrepancies between prices listed on the shelfs vs what there is loaded on the system. I bought some jeans for $29, but when It was scanned called for a way higher price. I told the cash register and she corrected it. Easy to miss when buying multiple things

It was unbearably busy in Gap when we went in. We did go during their outlet sales weekend promotion so I imagine the service would have been better if they staff weren’t under so much stress and overwhelmed by loads of people. It was hard to point out a staff member, as there were so many people in. Their sales were okay, nothing too crazy.

Cashier assertively demands for phone no. before purchase which I found it shouldn't be pushed as its private information and there is not need for disclosing it.

I just wished that the staff weren't into themselves.
I bought a few shirts, but the girl who served me was more
interested in discussing her next event with her other colleagues than giving full attention to her customer whom,
unfortunately was paying part of wage. How would the store owner pay the employees, if no one purchased any of the products in the store??🤔🤔🤔..
