Good location but kind of small with limited size options.
I almost wrote the place off but one staff member made all the difference.
Chaman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a pair of shoes that he recommended. He also gave me great ideas for future purchases.

Very clean, always have what I’m looking for.

I visit and shop at all the sports brand premises. Many people like to buy the more advertised brands which are relatively more expensive. But Reebok clothings in fact have just as good quality. What make it stand out is its style and fashion which is forth front as compared to some popular names. It is so affordable too. I go to Reebok to check out the best up-to date gym clothes before I shop for others. There is a reason why Walmart stock its products. Only if people would look at the real substance of the products rather than the popularity of the name. Reebok has proud reasons to be able to survive and thrive well all these years.

Failed to give me a replacement on a defective shoe that I bought 5 months earlier ( covered by warranty)

Asked me to pick a replacement shoe from discounted ones and when I picked one she went back on her word and said I cannot give it to you because its expensive and asked me to file a case online. Just wasted my entire time at the store.

Reebok at Halton Hills has friendly staff and a great selection of athletic products ranging from clothing and accessories to footwear. I have been shopping here for the last few years and every single time I have been assisted with excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable in both product and customer service. I am one happy customer and plan to definitely return to do more shopping in the future!!
