Went to buy a roll-on today and the price in the shelf was $2.69 and paid $4.65 at the counter.When I raised it with the salesperson the supervisor said that they can give me a refund but not the product at that price.They said it was the

old price.I got called an idiot by the shop manager.Very poor service.Not professional at all.Not going there anytime soon.

The pharmacists at the back are so good! Efficient & accurate. I wandered up & told them I had swimmer's ear. Bloke nodded, pointed & and said, "Try Dry Ears, aisle 9 on the left. Should fix you right up." Folks, that stuff is *magic*. My ear had been blocked for 3 days. ONE squirt & it drained. I could hear. The discomfort vanished. Pharmacists of Chemists Warehouse at the Valley (New Plymouth), I salute you!

I have been the store many times, the reason made me to go back is their super professional pharmacist, they are very helpful, I really appreciate that.

Huge store, lots of selections. Every time I've been in the shelves are full and neatly stocked, and the aisles are clear.
The queue for the register can take a little while, and that is the only cluttered (and very squishy and tight to get through) part if the store.

Always great service and always have unbeatable prices with an exceptional range of good quality and branded products. And of course nothing beats free prescriptions. However I did find free prescriptions are from doctors only. If you get a script from a specialist then you have to pay - just the $5 per script I recall.
Definitely recommended to come and you'll be surprised and what they actually have.

We've been to Chemist Warehouse New Plymouth today to shop for perfumes for Christmas gifts but ended up going home because apparently the security guard on duty stopped us from using their testing pad and tester and we're told we're not allowed coz we're not buying it. I'm very displeased of her action.
Despite of the unpleasant experienced we had we still bought what's already in our basket. It was an awesome day for us but that security changed the day.

Absolutely amazing service from the staff. The pharmacists in the dispensary are very helpful and kind. The fragrances guy (Abe) was very friendly and obliging, and helped me pick two amazing perfumes for my wife and I! Best salesperson of the year! Definitely coming back again for all my essential shopping!!
