Loulou Restaurant Paris

This trendy restaurant in Paris was recommended to us on several occasions. It seems to me to be a restaurant with one of the best locations in Paris, since it is located in the garden of the Tuileries. Unfortunately it was raining when we went there so we had to go to the closed terrace but I can say that it was beautiful. To start with we ordered a German beer that was highly recommended to me, it tasted good and I enjoyed it a lot. As a first course we ordered the pizza with truffle sauce which I thought was spectacular, as a second course we ordered a cucumber salad and the Rigate alla vodka pasta. The service was not the best, but with the food they made up for their poor service. I would consider this restaurant to recommend to friends and family.

One of the most beautiful places in Paris, especially in the summer and fall. The outdoor seating in front of the Eiffel Tower and near the Louvre Museum is something more than wonderful. The service is very beautiful and distinctive. The food is very delicious and many options for me. The best foods for me is the truffle pizza 🍕 grilled ribs 🍖 and delicious tiramisu 🥧🤤 It is worth trying more. Once upon a time 🤓

LouLou is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Paris! They serve some of the best Italian dishes, and the food is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is top-notch, and the restaurant itself is stunning. It's definitely an Instagram-worthy place, but the food is equally amazing. While it may be a bit more expensive, it's definitely worth a visit!

I recently visited Loulou and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. While the food was undoubtedly good, there were certain aspects of the service that left much to be desired.

Welcoming Guests: 3/5

Upon arriving a few minutes before the opening time, my party and I expected a warm welcome. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A welcoming attitude goes a long way in making guests feel valued, Approximately 8 out of 10 staff members lacked the hospitality one expects in the service industry.

Seating Restrictions: 2/5

While there were clearly unoccupied tables, the staff hesitated to seat us in certain areas. they were selectively enforcing their rules based on personal preference rather than providing equal treatment to all guests. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable during my dining experience.

Food Quality: 4/5

On a brighter note, the food was commendable. The menu offered a variety of dishes, and the ones we ordered were flavorful and well-prepared. The chefs deserve praise for their culinary skills, as the taste and presentation of the dishes were on point.

In summary,I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for future patrons.

Made a request for booking back in October 2022- a few days later received an email it was cancelled- was very disappointed but managed to obtain a booking 1 day prior in September 2023.

Food was presented well, service was on point, tables were lovely. Cannot fault our lunch.

At the higher price point but it’s a well known restaurant in Paris and worth the visit if it’s your vibe.

Before you go on your Louvre tour or even after, I would visit this place for a lunch. It’s such a cute brunch/lunch spot for every IG lovers. We ended up ordering two pastas accidentally and we’re so glad we did!!! It was the best Italian lunch we’ve had since we been to Paris. Highly recommend the lobster pasta and the Vodka pasta. I will come back here!

Delicious food, kind waitresses. Loved the terrace for its fantastic atmosphere.

The only thing we did not like is some of the hostesses and their desire to help. We had a booking for 7 PM (this is when a restaurant opens) and when we arrived the restaurant was empty apart from 2-3 tables. We were seated at the table, and I right away asked whether we could change it as we arrived one of the first and there are tables with a better Eiffel tower view. Our request has surely been denied. Their arguments were completely nonsensical, they probably did not think much before saying. Then, moments later I saw the other hostess show new people their table, they asked to change and she kindly changed it to the table that I have asked for moments ago. I decided to talk to this hostess and luckily she was significantly more professional and sorted everything out.

Will I come back? Yes, the food and atmosphere are worth arguing with the hostess 😂
