Trying to contact them, but they don't answer the phone. There's never anybody there but they sure can give you monthly bills and 14 day notices.
This place is awful Joe Rizzo and Chris Daly are GREEDY. They lied and steered us the wrong way and that's against HUD
Needed an emergency Move and can't get it. We are confined to our apartment because we are afraid of getting hurt by people in the neighborhood.

This management cares nothing about there tenants and i feel like they are slumlords, they allow their supers to do little to nothing...

We are so happy to have finally got a apartment with them. But they gave us a terrible location for our needs.They just assign any place for you without consideration of your safety.

Doesn't offer an option to use your credit cards in 2021. Like come on, get with the times. They only take debit. Other than that, the website is easy to navigate.

Is it really a waiting list or wavecrest sells apartment? Confused about the process, and I see new residents coming and I've asked how long they waited, answers are shocking.

This entire company is a scam. Their employees are incompetent who use pay outs to provide affordable housing to their friends and families. I have proof you can pay “tax credit specialist” money in exchange for acceptance for affordable housing.

They are the absolute worst they sent me a letter of rejection when i called 6 times in a week in order to reschedule once! No stars read the yelp reviews they are horrible and very unprofessional. I have the calls and email to prove what a terrible place this was to even try to contact. I wish i could give them ) stars.
