Service was VERY slow. Ordered a bottle of cab, server tried to give us the most expensive bottle instead of offering an option. Luckily, I caught it before they opened the bottle. We walked to the edge of the patio to watch fireworks, and the staff cleared our table. They threw away a full beer and half a glass of wine. We were gone 2 minutes and hadn't paid our check yet. When we told them we wanted our drinks replaced, the server asked how much wine was in the glass..lol Really? Just pour your customer a glass for the inconvenience! Please train your staff better.

The rooftop bar is classy, and you don't have to stay there to go up. There's an outdoor area with a hot tub but the inside is cool and relaxing, the service is fantastic, good and wine lovely!

Beautiful views, great food! Even got to see a proposal happen against the Nashville skyline. A perfect date night spot if you're looking to impress.

The food tasted pretty good but the chicken wasn't really my favorite. They also charged me for a shot for fifteen dollars when I got a drink so they charge me twice for 2 different drinks. The turkey burger was lovely. The only problem was in the menu it said $17 but they charged me$21. Nice views. The table we sat at had the air-conditioning leaking water on our table so we had to move. Needs a little upkeep but it was cool.

Rooftop at 27th level, spectacular food, our waitress Shae was amazing absolutely nice and she made good recommendations , my wagyu burger was super tasty, you knew was wagyu, great location a few minutes walking from downtown. I think for that kind of service and food, prices are good! I might be missing some music.

I stayed at the Westin for my birthday and continued the celebration at their rooftop bar, L27.
The website said reservations were encouraged, but not mandatory. I did have reservations, but dinner took longer than planned and we arrived to the bar later than anticipated.
My guests and I were denied a cabana area stating that "you have to spend $500 or more to sit there "
I didn't see this information on the website when choosing a place to stay.

I didn't know how much we anticipated to spend, I'm sure we ended up spending that or more since it ended up being 7 guests. We all ate and had several drinks each while there, but I am not certain because I didn't pay since it was my birthday.

None of the cabana seating was occupied the entire time we were there, which was til the bar closed.. we were there roughly 2.5 hours.

I thought that was pretty lame especially since the same friends I was with had been there the week prior and sat in the area with no issues, but If that's the rules, then so be it.

I still had a fabulous time. The atmosphere is outstanding.
The view is amazing and the drinks and food were good as well. The bartender makes a lovely French 75.

I would still recommend this place, and I hope to come back soon and finally get my cabana seat😊
