The Murray Hill House

Disgusting and rude employees. Repeatedly yelled at us, often used curse words in their language, and proceeded to talk loudy about us with their co-workers - jokingly making fun of us while they were supposed to have been working. I love the beautiful Murray Hill area but it is such a shame that some lousy employees would ruin my whole experience here. I would very much appreciate some new trainings for these employees as they understand neither customer service nor common courtesy. Shame on you.

Leaving another review because of the disgusting experience. Doorman was extremely rude and obnoxious to us - he was cursing and repeatedly yelling at us. Truly awful behavior, and I hope action is taken to greatly improve customer service, or I will be encouraging others to never rent from this building. Please do keep me updated with any changes made to customer service, thank you!

Worst doorman I have ever met in my entire life. That man should have been fired for the way he treated my boyfriend and I when we were trying to move in. Come on, have some human decency.

My daughter just moved in and had a very upsetting encounter with the employees. They have been rude and ignorant. Action to improve customer service is needed. Thank You

I live in the neighborhood and they havw the best Garden around the building with amazing selection of flowers and nicely combined as color wolumene and scent
