Centerpark Rector Place Garage

People were SO rude. We made a reservation and pre-paid from 9am-9pm. We arrived about 9:30am & the guy was super rude and tried to charge us more because of our arrival time. Said he needed to get a manager...yet we already paid for that time frame, so it shouldnt matter what time I get there. Its paid! He was hollaring at us. Never would use this garage again.

Nasty short staff member was hostile regarding restroom use claiming people misuse and drop paper on floor. Observed hostilities toward customers

Got the car back with no damage and it was pretty close to where we wanted to be .

Staff is very hostile to say the least...the short, nasty one is the worst! No professionality or cordiality whatsoever. I strongly do NOT recommend

They got blue ink right on my center console leather/arm rest. I immediately saw it as I got in my car and went to the two attendants who instantly became defensive.

They said "oh it's just a pen you can get that out". Being the good person that I am I went home and tried a ton of solutions. Nothing worked.

I called back to discuss the damage and to seek a solution on their end. I remained calm and professional but they rushed me off the phone twice telling me they would call me back on Monday (it's Thursday).

I told them I called my dealer to see if they had a cleaner solution or how much it would cost to replace the piece and the guy on the phone flipped out on me and hung up.

This is unacceptable customer service. I will be filing a damage claim and they will be replacing this piece.

They left multiple scratches on my car. Unfriendly staff. They don't even listen to you for the damages they caused. Very expensive place to park.
I definitely don't recommend this place. Unprofessional staff.

Absolutely horrible. Charged an oversize fee for no reason. Vehicle was considerably smaller than most of the other ones (midsize SUV) and fit into the garage with absolutely no problem. Rude and terrible service on top of that. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.
