Damaged our car and denied it. When we asked for footage of the car being moved by staff we were told the security cameras don’t work even though they advertise 24/7 security! In addition we waited almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up as they claimed they missed a turn to the airport?? Worst customer service, do not recommend.
Picked up my car with damage, so hard to communicate with, and now saying the CCTV footage does not work.

Booked and had to cancel due to parking being already full. Following this 1 star review being placed on Google, I received a threatening phone call from the same individual, urging me to remove this review. He told me "I know where you live" and used a number of expletives. Very unpleasant experience.

I recently used the parking service and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the owner was friendly and helpful, guiding me to a parking spot and assisting with my luggage. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient, reducing any time wasted waiting around for a ride. Upon my return, the pick-up process was smooth and stress-free, with the shuttle arriving within minutes of my request. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided and would highly recommend this parking service to anyone looking for a hassle-free airport experience. Thank you again! I'll be booking here every time I travel 🙂
