Park to Go MIA

I can't believe how great this find was! I was running late for my scheduled drop-off and they called me to make sure I was okay and so they could make sure the shuttle to the airport was ready for me. Although I reserved a "standard" outside parking spot, they were willing to move my vehicle to their indoor spots and allowed me to pay for the upcharge upon my return so I could get going (very reasonable upcharge, BTW). When I returned to MIA, they picked me up rather quickly after I called. I "park-and-go" frequently and have not had a better experience price- and service-wise than here.

Top notch service and communication! Linda and her team made sure to keep the car maintained when our trip turned into a long term family emergency, and the interior has never looked so amazing since we bought it. They were very considerate of my aunt's disability needs for airport transfers. Very highly recommend :)

I was very confused so I spoke with Linda she could not have been more helpful and she was so kind to me. Thank you so much Linda. Park here the service is excellent based on my experience with Linda.

Dropping the car off I had no issues. Nice gentlemen drove me to the airport and everything was super quick. picking up vehicle was a nightmare. After a 8 hour flight I called LINDA and she said she was 20 mins away to pick me up. I was super tired and jet lagged. 15 mins after the call she said she was still 18 mins away and just told me to walk to the location.... I had to walk for about 20-30 mins and still waited on the liar Linda to get there because no one else was at the office. Linda is a liar and does not know how to treat customers with respect. She yells over the phone when you ask her questions.

ALSO she did not let me pay with a debit or credit card. Was not informed of this when I dropped off vehicle. Would've been nice to know.

Very pleasant experience. Convenient drop off and pick up. Reasonably priced and very helpful/kind employees. I will use this place again the next time I fly out of Miami.

First time leaving my car in a short term parking and very Last minute walk in on a tight time to catch my flight in a busy airport like Miami international airport. Very fantastic place to leave your car, They took me to the airport right away and picked me up after I landed. Quick and easy. Thank you for the service

Picked this place at random. Very impressed with the service. Dropped my car, Linda brought me to the airport. Sent her a text when I landed and she picked me up. She was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely use them again.
