I hosted my sister’s bridal shower at Bottino and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment of booking, all the staff and the owner Danny were so helpful and responsive. Their timeliness in responding to my questions was unmatched and they made the entire planning process a breeze.
The space itself is absolutely beautiful. We used the North Garden, which all our guests commented felt like a serene oasis away from the city, and also had the Pool Room to extend into for a cocktail space. The garden provided the perfect backdrop for the decor we brought with us and truly tied everything together beautifully.
The food was excellent and the waitstaff very helpful and professional.
I do not have a single negative thing to say about our experience. I would highly recommend Bottino for anyone looking to host an event in the city!

I had my daughter’s bridal shower at Bottino on Sunday, June 4th. I cannot say enough about the amazing service they provided. The food and ambience were superb, and the staff was supportive, attentive, and detail oriented. I highly recommend Bottino to anyone considering having an event or to just have a nice dinner. We got married at Bottino last year, so we came back for our first anniversary.
We were seated outside on their covered patio. It was beautiful out there, with candles on the table and greenery surrounding us.
We were served by Noel and Ashley - Noel served us at our wedding last year and he recognized us, so it was nice to see him again.
To drink, we had the Highwire (espresso martini, essentially) and the Spicy Brambleberry Margarita. Both were amazing - you could taste the spice in the margarita.
To eat, we had the porcini strip steak and the pasta alla Norma. The steak had a great crust on it and was cooked perfectly. The pasta was also amazing - obviously homemade - and I loved the eggplant in it.
We ordered the cookie platter for dessert, and Noel brought us complimentary glasses of sparkling wine as an anniversary celebration.
Both Noel and Ashley checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal to make sure everything was up to par. At the table next to us, Ashley spent at least 10-15 minutes explaining dishes to the customers, answering all of their questions that they had. We thought that it was amazing that she was so knowledgeable about the menu - no question threw her off. We could tell they were impressed and appreciative of her help.
Overall, it was an amazing anniversary dinner. The service was spectacular - we appreciated Noel and all he did for us. We can’t wait to celebrate our future anniversaries here as well!

Bottino is an amazing option for a micro-wedding in New York. As NYC wedding photographers at Megan & Kenneth, we had a great time photographing our couple’s ceremony and intimate dinner celebration. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot for a private wedding celebration. The staff at Bottino has great attention to detail and ensured the guests were all well attended-to, which really makes our job capturing the happy moments throughout the day that much easier. An added bonus? Bottino’s location! A short walk from the High Line meant we could take plenty of photos both at the venue and around iconic New York spots.
I had a great time here! I would highly recommend if your visiting Manhattan or someone who currently lives here. The food was superb, the service was excellent, and the space is so beautiful. Literally nothing bad to say here! I attended a private event here yesterday and the ambience of the space was so beautiful! Def a great place for a romantic dinner or just a high class, chic place to have dinner in. I got the steak and it was amazing! Best steak I’ve ever had, get it medium rare. I had the walnut salad, which was dressed perfectly. I heard the branzino was excellent (from the person sitting next to me) and the chicken was too. I got the poached pears and the zabaglione which was so delicious I had two servings lol. You really just can’t go wrong in coming here, everything taste delicious. I will say, as a small aside, my Mom is vegetarian and she didn’t feel there was a ton of options (she also can’t have cheese or tomatoes) so since it is an italian restaurant, there isn’t much flexibility with that, since most things include that. The finger foods they came around with were so good too! Smoked salmon, avocado on toast, caprese on a stick so many things so well done! Make your way here quickly, you won’t regret it!
I don’t know where to begin with my review. My husband and I had a great wedding and experience at Bottino’s. Our budget was smaller than we were anticipating, but Bottino’s managed to deliver us an incredible experience for the budget we had. The owner Danny was incredible - he answered all of our questions quickly, made great recommendations and made the whole process easy. Sydney was also a great help the day of, ensuring a smooth flow to the wedding and helping to make sure everything was world class. The curated menu was absolutely delicious, from prosciutto and mozzarella, to bruschetta, Cacio E Pepe and a NY Strip Steak, everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who was looking to book Bottino’s for their wedding, but the food was so good that we can see ourselves returning for dinner in the future.
