I came from Yemen and spent 2 nights in this apartment Hotel, and it was very comfortable.
2 nights in 2 different apartments, both were big, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean.
Bathrooms were clean, and there is a special place for showering.
A small kitchenette with an electric kettle.
In general, it was a great stay.

Good job for the great service from the receptionist Miss Juanita, together with Madam Angel and Roman. Our stay was very comfortable because they were all accommodating. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the pool area. Kudos also for the tech person who fixed the wifi connection of the TV in our room, our baby enjoyed watching while staying comfortably in our room. Thanks a lot! Until next time!
I was visiting Ajman for the first time for work.
Unfortunately I booked 15 days and paid in advance. I was very disappointed. Rooms old and not clear. Price is too much compared to other hotels. Once i finish my booking, moved to much better hotel and much cheaper. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Junior staff are nice but seniors are not helpful at all

Best experience I ever had! Rooms are very spacious, new furnitures,linens neat and clean. I will recommend this hotel to all my relatives and friends here in UAE. Love this place
Price reasonable. Location centrally located between ajman n sharjah border nearby to all facilities mall , ATM , cafeteria ...receptionist Mr shahin, Ms angel, supervisor Mr Hamdan , all professional they make our stay amazing n memorable I like to visit again n again the ambience is awesome ...the room is large n beautiful

Customer - I was a corporate Trainer for premium brands like Shangri-La and Rotana for more than a decade combined .. my review below is honest and unbiased to genuinely let the hotel management take serious steps and perhaps a disciplinary action
Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue ,
She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid .
Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me .
Id some one from this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only
" If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ?
I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel ???
