Baba Calzone

Worst food, worst ambience and zero hygiene where the owner is least interested in serving fresh and good food and to maintain the place which was stinking everywhere..we ordered chicken wings and calzone wherein were served stale and stinky wings which had to be thrown away due to its pungent smell..If anyone cares about their health plzzzz avoid going to this place..

Came here for dinner with my wife and 2 year old, and we ordered 2 calzones. My wife got a cheese calzone with some chicken added in (tandoori flavoured) and I got a cheesy Donair calzone which is kind of like a Philly cheese steak in calzone form. The food took about 30 minutes (which was 10 minutes more than what the chef told us it would take) but the food was incredible. Cheesy and very filling, I got a medium and my wife got a small and we both had leftovers still by the end.

I will say that though the atmosphere is nice there are only 2 tables, everything else is barstools and high tables, so not ideal for kids really, along with there being no high chairs for children, so it isn’t the best for little kids.

Overall I highly recommend Baba Calzone, the food is seriously good and quite filling, especially for the price you pay. And of course everything being halal means it fills quite a unique niche. We’ll definitely be coming here again soon!

Been to this place a few times now. Food is always delicious. Pretty large portion sizes. Customer service is excellent. Will definitely return.

I was initially looking for five guys, but they disappeared. This place caught my eye and oh man it's a hidden find. It took a while to get my order, but it was worth the wait.

I ordered the daily special, Friday: Meaty Calzone and it came to about $12.

I didn't have any expectations since the last calzone I had was from pizza pizza in 2010 or something. The calzone was crispy, packed full of meaty goodness and had two dips. Some kind of aioli and hot sauce.

Definitely recommend to anyone that wants something different.

Truly a hidden gem. Clean and organized. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Had Sultani Calzone which was super fresh and tasty. 100% recommend to all pizza lovers!

Always check the daily specials, Had the small mix calzone (Beef/chicken) for $10, fantastic flavour and a very good size for one average person. they have bigger sizes that can be shared. It's overall a Good value and the mix of spices were amazing with a taste you won't find anywhere else in a calzone. This place was difficult spot in the plaza, it's beside the lingerie store in the corner and well worth it, food takes 15 mins to prepare and is very fresh/hot out of the oven. Place was clean. I think they have a lot of potential but need more word of mouth. I fully support this unique and great tasting product and would like to see them expand into Brampton, Mississauga and the rest of the GTA.

Really nice surprise. We arrived in town late in the evening and this was one of the only places open. The calzones were delicious and were so big I had some the next day. Made fresh and the sauces were good too. The cashier/cook was really nice, and he had patience! The customer after me asked about 100 questions, down to what type of mushrooms they used. I had the Donair, and my cousin had the pepperoni.
