STAY AWAY!! Hudson Excutives in Journal Square is dishonest in their hiring process. They falsley advertise job positions, luring candidates in with the prospect of attaining a salary. They call you in for a “first” interview, ask you four or five meaningless and generic questions that hardly pertain to the job, and they fail to explain what the job itself entails. Esteban, who I assume to be in charge of the journal square location, defers all your questions in the first interview stating “we will tell you more about us if we decide to bring you in for a second interview”. It is quite apparent that everyone recieves a second interview, looking around the waiting room one can see all the same faces one saw before the first interview. The second interview is not an interview at all; they have you “shadow” the job off site for half a day, door-to-door sales, which is not disclosed in the initial job description. The whole place reaks of diciet and dishonesty. Rachel, the receptionist and person who calls you, initially stated the job being interviewed for has a starting salary of XX amount of dollars. At the second interview, they reveal that it is based solely on commission, with no base pay; the management job you were applying to turns into a door to door sales position. Very unforthright, manipulative, and dirty. STAY AWAY!!
