To the worker wearing the striped black and white shirt today, change your pissy attitude. The customers did nothing to you.Cute clothes and the store was very clean.

Best place to go for modern fashion at reasonable prices. People in the fashion industry call the clothes cheap for the prices are very much reasonable. Be prepared to spend some money as the clothes are very up-to-date in fashion and you'll regret not buying some things.
There is a young man working there who is extremely rude. I wasn’t able to catch his name, but he has long wavy hair, has makeup on, and is usually in the fitting room area and register. Zara be careful who you hire. I see that he has been rude to many different customers. This attitude is contagious and will extend over to rest of your team, if it hasn’t already. Misery loves company.
Very disappointed experience, I literally got ignored by an associate who refused to look my way after asking for help she was so unapproachable. I understand retail is a hard job but I was literally treated like trash. I understand it’s a high volume store but at least take the time to answer a question or ask if we need help. But they have no problem following you around to make sure you don’t steal!

Very disappointed by the mis-information i received from the teller about the Zara app. Please provide proper information so we are not misinformed. Store was crowded only the women's section had cashiers available. Also the wait for fitting room in the woman's section was horribly long.
