Recently stopped in to sample their baked goods.
Somewhere in the back of this cute and adorable shop is a group of grandmothers waiting to comfort everyone that walks through the front door with their own form of baked love, warm hugs and reassuring kisses. Not literally, but it does feel like that Karen! Definitely going back soon…(tomorrow)😀

I ran in to grab a little sweet breakfast for a friend and I, the young lady was so friendly and helpful (I didn't think to take pictures I was driving). The crescents are huge and has honey on it, I warmed it up with a little butter WOW. I got 2 eclairs and they were so yummy. Will definitely go back.
Simply the best bakery in the Philly area, you won't find a better chocolate croissant anywhere else. Don't overlook the plain croissant - it's amazing with a light touch of sweetness, great for sandwiches or with your favorite jam.
All I wanted for my Birthday was a Strawberry Shortcake, my daughters made this happen for me. I was very disappointed. I have never in my life seen a strawberry shortcake look like this before. Its presentation looked like a birthday cake with a fondant coating, there were no strawberries on or around the outside. The inside presentation was not any better. This "cake" maybe had four strawberries cut up on the bottom small layer, the "cake" was dry; no sponginess. The "icing" was hard, no creaminess at all. This "cake" did not taste good at all, no flavor, almost seemed like it had been frozen. We went and brought strawberries to try and salvage/doctor it up. Again, very, very disappointed!
I just moved out to this area and there are not many bakeries around here. I found strawberry bakery, and blindly bought 20 mini danishes for a party. Turns out they were the BEST danishes I’ve ever had. Everyone loved them. It’s like a croissant and danish mixed in one. I will definitely be coming back, and prices and not that bad.
It was my first time with them, wish i could give them more than 5 stars. Strawberry shortcake was delicious and frozen theme cake made it look amazing too. Plus their chocolate croissant 🥐 are the best I ever had. Highly recommended👍👍
This bakery is a great little shop. I feel like Malvern Buttery is hands down the best in the area by a long shot but they have a much bigger shop and a much bigger staff. BUT and this is a big BUT, Strawberry Bakery has hands down the best croissants I've ever had! I still remember the first time I bit into one, it was magical. Their mini pie and mini cakes are good too but the croissants are what's really worth the trip! The customer service is always great. Last time I went I was actually going to order a drink and since I don't drink coffee I usually order chai tea lattes but they don't serve those so I ordered a hot chocolate instead. Their machine was broken and the only hot drink you could get was a regular coffee 🤮. Next time I'll try to get their hot chocolate again and update my review accordingly.
