Get a close experience with swans one feet from you, touch them if you could (be gentle please), careful they’ll give you a bite if you’re teasing or scaring them away (it is a painful bite, my husband was lucky-not enough to try it). I have seen up to 18 swans at once it’s stunningly gorgeous, if you’re a swan lover please give it a try. Bring some bread 🥯 for the full experience. They might like beagles more, they’re just fancy that way .. Oh of course, the geese & ducks have to come along just because they have to see what the swans are up to all the time! Protect your sandwich! It’s dangerous, Just saying

Very picturesque. Large body of water with numerous waterfowl that makes for a peaceful location to walk or sit and contemplate.

Schöner Teich. Sehr viele Schwäne und andere Vögel. Lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt genügend Sitzbänke, um es sich gemütlich zu machen.

Pond is located in the middle of the park near Kensington Palace. Peaceful place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

There are deck chairs around but there is a price list to sit on them… you get charged to sit on them, like what? It is supposed to be a nice inviting public park. It costs you 3p per hour. People just sit on their blankets on the floor all around… that is ridiculous.
The Round Pound is the huge feature of Kensington Gardens which the Palace occupants would have enjoyed.
It’s now available for the masses to enjoy, whether you love the huge bird population, jogging around or sitting and watching the world go by.

Kensington Gardens has been separate from Hyde Park since 1728, when Queen Caroline divided them.

My favourite part of Hyde park, located directly next to Kensington palace. It has many benches to sit on, very tame swans and ducks to feed. Very family friendly.
