Elliot Bay Park in Seattle is a true gem that seamlessly blends nature and urban living. With mesmerizing sunsets and a well maintained running track, it’s a cherished retreat after a long day’s work.

Every evening, as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains, the sky is painted in gold, pink, and orange hues, leaving its numerous visitors in wonder. The running track winds through lush greenery, providing solace and a place for self-discovery. Elliot Bay Park is a testament to the city’s dedication to its residents’ well-being, a place to set goals, and a constant reminder of the beauty that surrounds us.

To me, it’s not just a park; it’s a sanctuary, a source of inspiration, and a friend that has kept me going. Seattle is indeed fortunate to have such a treasure, and I am forever grateful to have experienced its magic.

Beautiful park where you can see both Mount Rainier and the Olympic mountains. Peaceful ad scenic.

Always feels clean, safe, and a perfect spot to sneak off from the crowd at sculpture park if you’re up to walk it!

This is a two ish mile walk along the water. You'll see the Cascades to the left, along with a unique view of Mt. Rainer and The Olympic range to the right, on a clear day (ofcourse!) The walk goes through the Centennial park and continues onto the popular Olympic sculpture park on the left or the Piers straight ahead.

The location on maps might bring you to a Expedia campus, stay on the road and it'll lead you to a parking lot for public access

Love this place! Wonderful views, clean paths, one restroom, friendly peeps!
Beautiful sunsets! So glad I love steps from here!
Typically see security, but lately a guys been sleeping under the big rock display for weeks. Sad. It was free of all the stuff on every other street corner in town.

Easily one of the best viewpoints in Seattle. On a clear day you can see the majestic Mt Rainier rising above the water in the far horizon. Against that background are container cranes in the port, creating a really interesting contrast between our city and nature. You also get a good view of Seattle on one side, and the cruise ship on the other.
The Elliott Bay Trail passing through the park is an excellent trail to hike or jog, and this corner park is the most colorful (and photogenic) area along the trail. Take your time to appreciate all that you see!

My favorite park, beautiful sea views at any time of the day. Perfect for a short or long walk, a ride on your bike, or a picnic.
