This is a very easy to access surfing wave that has a forgiving pool underneath it. It's also a great place to practice boofs above the hole.
There r stairs that lead u down to water's edge .you still can see the action from above on Deveroux road .there r only a few parking spots .
I ride my bicycle there. Sit on the rocks at the water's edge and watch the rafters and the surfers .

No..... the city rigged up a very small part of Colorado river so the water creates a continuous wave..
