One of the most kindest souls….. he did an amazing job with my item. He completed the job while I waited. It was a last minute emergency and he came through. 🙏🏽
My fiancé and I needed a wedding set engraved (cake knife and server). We were able to come by at our convenience and even needed to reschedule during the day and Mike was totally accommodating. We spent a few minutes discussing what we wanted and finalized the end result with texting Mike the exact phrases and spellings that we wanted. He went back inside and we waited in our car. While we waited, he sent a text with a photo proof before finalizing the engraving. It took maybe 10 minutes total to engrave both items and they came out absolutely beautiful. We are very happy!
I went to Mike to have my Moms urn engraved. He messed it up so bad with a big line through it. He said go buy another one and I will do that one for free. Is he kidding me! He took my money cash only! BeCause when they mess up you can't stop the payment and they probably don't claim all their work. I will bad mouth this place ALL over Staten Island. Very unprofessional. Very disheartening at a time of loss.
Mike was very polite and professional. I had something already engraved and I wanted to have it replicated. Mike did a great job matching it. It looked great and was done quickly while I waited.
