The Cruz Family concurs with many other dissatisfied customers regarding Michael’s lack of empathy, condescending attitude & overall rudeness. It is our opinion that the delays & below standard services are attributed to his laissez-faire attitude. COVID destroyed our family; Supreme showed NO empathy. After waiting close to one year for our stone, a $250 billing discrepancy on a 15 day old outstanding bill led to a collection letter threatening to remove the stone from the gravesite. This “family” owned business gets a ZERO rating in all categories especially “humanity”!

The owner Michael must think he is a king to talk to a customer with foul language and poor customer service.
We have unfortunately done PLENTY of business with this company for our loved ones that have passed on and will NO LONGER give them the satisfaction of ever doing business again.

Everything came together as promised and we are very satisfied. Michael and the staff were great. Highly recommend them.
Buying a headstone is not a purchase anyone looks forward to. However, dealing with Supreme can help ease the situation. I purchased a stone for my mom years ago and when my dad passed this year there was an issue with adding the inscription. Supreme (the company owner and Susan) was wonderful and took care of everything to our satisfaction! I would highly recommend this company!
It's absolutely great to walk Into a family owned business and actually experience customer service something in my opinion Brooklyn is lacking. My mother and I dealt with Michael who was just honest about everything and not trying to upsell us. You know buying a headstone is not something you wanna do but he made it a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this place and will always use them for future purchases hopefully not to many tho.
Recently contacted Them, after Over 40 years since I used/needed their service, they were more then helpful, friendly and courteous. Side note, my Head stone and engraving are just beautiful as they were 40+ years ago when I buried my Mother. GREAT Work, Great Service.
