Great location! A street away from Columbus circle where it gets pretty crowded. Some units will have beautiful Central Park view. I prefer a bigger laundry room however, this will give you a good life in Lincoln square area.

The building and staff is nice, but manager jerry gega is horrible !!! This dude is a prejudice !!! for weeks I emailed, I called and left messages for Jerry to contact me nothing. As a manager your job is to provide customer service when needed and I haven’t got that. Every time I need some info or anything and have to deal with Jerry he gives me a hard time. Then go back to building residents and say unrelated and slick remarks about me. He’s not management quality hard to deal with horrible attitude two thumbs down for Jerry !

The staff here is impeccable. Genuinely kind and mindfully humans who remember names, ask about your days, and cater to the needs of residents and their guests.
