The guy who answers the phone is always rushing and with an attitude the way the reviews say. Lately the ice coffee taste like coca cola mixed with coffee. I had it with milk, then tried it again black to see if it was maybe me, had my husband try it without telling and he said the same thing. The guy on the phone is the owners son, he should teach him some customer service!

always messing up my orders and the service is horrible

Haven't gone to eat here for about a year or so, but I remember it being great food. Best hot coffee I've ever had was from here, if I remember right!
Tried putting in an order today by phone only to be met with a rushed employee (bossman, apparently) trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, and INCREDIBLY rudely at that. Phone call was under 2 minutes long and half of that was spent waiting for bossman to get to the phone. Got my order wrong and insisted it was what I ordered when I doubt he listened anyway- honestly probably just trying to get me to pay for more than what I bargained for. Whoever they put on that phone shouldn't be working customer service. Recommend sitting inside rather than ordering for delivery.

Burgers are huge and delicious. I ordered two and a side of fries it came to about $20. Service was quick but the guy in the phone taking the order could use a little more soft skills.

Me and my wife decided to try this spot after walking past it several times. Customer service was great, our meal was prepared quickly and most importantly the food was amazing. This is a local business we will continue to support for years to come. Highly recommended.

Great food, but just like most, customer service with the individuals via phone is always rushed with an quite the impatient attitude. I’ve learned by now so I try to call and be ready with everything from stating I’m calling for delivery directly followed by full address just to be interrupted ….Address!!! APT!!! Wow this guy has to be having some a really bad customers to be like this all the time. When I go in person to place a order the guys are always pleasant NEVER OVER THE PHONE!!

These guys sent a delivery driver to me with no singles. I told him it was no problem but called literally & i mean literally 7 times and they will not answer the phone. They’re sending my phone to voicemail as soon as i call. Super unprofessional. It’s fine because they don’t know ima legit pop up to the store and personally ask each dude working there who’s playing phone games. (: either way don’t order from these dudes anymore their food is super mid and they change prices higher and lower everyday.
